Completely overrated and absolutely disgusting! Servers long, nasty fake nails touched my food as well as my husbands! We decided to sit in the lounge area during dinner and could see directly in the kitchen. Staff playing with their hair, on their phones, laughing and talking extremely loud and obnoxious. Food was not what its cracked up to be. Super small portions and bland flavor. the only talent here is their plate ups!!! we will never go back or recommend this nasty establishment. terrible kitchen and service!!!

The food was excellent. We went for lunch so do not know about alcohol. Service was good considering we had almost 20 people. I am currently planning a trip for dinner for my Sunday School class. All the salads we ordered were excellent and my grilled cheese was out of this world!!!!
Worst restaurant in louisville service sucks removed all the good meals from the menu was told they ran out of chesse and couldnt make my daughters pizza but had chesse for a loaded baked potatoe took 10 minutes for a hostess to appear to put us on the waiting list this place just flat out sucks
This is the greasiest most expensive food in the highlands by far the smallest selection of a food menu of any place in the highlands it's just a want to be hop cat which is already to corporate for bardstown rd they have 0 Desserts and they just push high prices drinks down your throat. I was completely disappointed in every aspect
Wife and I went here for our anniversary. It was our first time going and I can't say enough good things about it. First off, the service was incredible! Our waiter made excellent recommendations. The food was great. My wife got the filet and I had the halibut and both of us were very pleased. It is pricey. Between the two of us, our meal was $160 after tip, but it was one of the nicer fine dining experiences we've had in this city.
We've been to several Hard Rock Cafe's, and have enjoyed all of them. This one was no different. Great food and drink selection, good quality food and drinks, great atmosphere, and pretty decent service.
Horrible service. Everytime I try to call in a carry out I just get left on hold forever. Last time I was able to drive to the restaurant before they took my order over the phone. I live at least 10 min away. Good food bad service
So much love in the Sunday brunch with the family. The food is delicious, but I must admit I loved the company, too!
By far the most unprofessional business I've worked for. The manager Gregriderude and bashes the employees. He gossips and sexually harresses the employees. Some of the waitresses are not cleanliness at all. Worst buffet.. Need I go on
We had the absolute worst dining experience ever. After waiting 50 minutes for our food which we also asked our server to bring our salads with no luck. I approached the manager Ron Brown and inquired about our order, he said he would check on it 12 minutes later our food came out. We never saw or heard from the manager again.
