I visited two weeks ago and the experience was awesome! I traveled 49 miles from Elizabethtown, Ky for an 11 am appointment. I was received promptly at 11am by Corey, the owner and went over the work that was to be done. He explained what needed to be done and went over my options. Steve did the actual install and treated my car as if it was his own. The staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. It was worth the trip.

Discernity doesn't have server access and apparently has no control over the company that does. Took over four hours and all they can say is "ticket is still open and hasn't been looked at". I asked if there is anything they can do to check on the status and they said they couldn't. All I wanted to do was get my Xbox online. Takes most Internet companies 30 seconds while your on the phone with them but Discernity can't do it in 5 hours. Very disappointed!

Awesome experience. They put a double din radio in my 2005 jeep wrangler that was designed for a din and a half radio. Custom job that looks like it came this way from the factory. This is the way it should have been done from Jeep. They have top of the line equipment in stock. This is not my first time here. They stand behind what they sell and install. Great place.

Well to say I am a bit of a skeptic would be and understatement. Its hard to find a business with true customer service. I had looked all over the internet, researched and found the product I was looking for but I hate ordering equipment online, its a gamble of what you are going to get. Then support is hours on hold and chasing an answer. Because I had dealt with the Circuit City's and the Best Buy's I figured that was my only option. If you have dealt with these companies you know what I am talking about, its all about the sale and things you don't need and most of the time you know more than the sales people. So I gave Discounts a call and went into the shop to look around it wasn't going to cost me any thing. We discussed radios and what I was looking for. They took the time to just deal with me, there was no rush we discussed the radio of my interest and even took the time to show me radio's of lesser value of comparable features to make sure I really knew what I wanted. Its been along time since I have been in a stereo shop that actually was concerned about my needs and what I wanted. So then it came time to purchase and go figure the price for the radio was cheaper than any place I looked online or local stores and now I have local support. What more could you want?? All I can say is your cheating yourself if you don't give these guys a shot before you purchase elsewhere. I know they have earned my repeat business.

Window tint and audio install

I went to Discount Audio for window tinting on my Mercedes. They promptly got my car in and while I was waiting, I was looking at audio receivers. They hooked me up with an excellent deal on a receiver. The tinting was superb and Joe installed my audio receiver and did a tremendous job. When Joe went to install my receiver, my Mercedes had a factory amp that powered my Bose subwoofer. The factory amp had a fiber optic hookup that wouldn't work with my new receiver, but Joe took care of me with a new amp. Joe stuck to his intial quote he gave me before seeing the factory snafu. These guys are great and I will take any other vehicle here. I highly recommend Discount Audio, they truly take care of the customer. All I can say is thank you, my system rocks better than before and the window tinting is superb. No gaps or air bubbles.

this business desevers a star rating of " - 5 " they do not stand behind what they tell you. My internet services almost tripled in cost when I dropped my phone service altho I specifically asked if the cost would be affected and I was specifically told it would not. Watch out if you do business with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their customer service/tech service is awful. The tech's make up lies about your TV so they can upgrade to another package. The don't check the wiring at your place to make sure it is working. The service techs are just LAZY. They say they are coming on a certain day & then mysteriously your appointment gets cancelled. You have stayed home for no reason (in my case 3 days of work). The supervisors in the customer service are just incompetent as the reps. They have no idea what anyone is doing or saying. All you get for your trouble is " Thank you for choosing insight. we value your business" Ha, that's a joke. The problem is they have a monopoly in the area. They suck! Too bad they don't have negative stars.
