I purchased the 1st haircut package and brought my son (2.5) in 10 minutes early for his appointment because he's shy and can take a while to warm up to strangers. His stylist was Carolyn, who was not who I was told would be his stylist when I made the appointment. And as I was looking forward to the one we were promised (I had looked her up on the company website), I was already put off guard. He was acting shy and she never once tried to introduce herself, talk to him or make either of us comfortable. It was awful. He ended up sitting on my lap and thrashing around, screaming, crying and snotting everywhere. She sprayed the water all over his head with no warning at all. At one point, I had to tell her to stop so he could calm down for a minute, but it only lasted maybe 15 seconds.Definitely NOT patient. And his haircut makes him look like Jim Carrey from Dumb and Dumber.

Horrible experience with the owner, Sandy! Horrible hair cut and treated horribly! She will not stand by her work! She is rude and nasty! Never apologized, accused me of harassment because I expressed my disappointment and sent her pictures of her mistakes....sent 2 different days. She asked me not to text and come back to the salon so that 'she could resolve the issue in the most professional way she knows how! So....I go back. She would not let me talk! She said she is filing harassment charges against me, walked away from me when I was showing her the mistakes she made and said I had to leave and she was calling the cops!!! She cannot stand by her work and she will belittle and berate you for her mistakes....like it's your fault! She never attempted an honest apology! Horrible nasty person that showed her true colors! I was never unkind to her and thought, before this experience, that she was a nice person. She seems to be...until she wrecks your hair! She also called me a thief and a scammer! I would stay away and tell all of your friends and family to do the same! Oh yes....she also burned my head, twice in the same spot, because she too had a hard time styling my ridiculously short cut hair! Her excuse....'I must have my son's wedding on my mind too much'! Good enough reason to burn my head, right? But...had nothing to do with the horrible hair cut she did!
I hired Keyz Salon to do the hair for my friends’ wedding. Pricing was $75 per person with a $100 deposit. No travel fee/no fee for the practice session. The deposit was to confirm we planned on using them and it would go towards covering the total cost. I repeated this information to the person on the phone and she confirmed. In the practice session I re-confirmed the payment plan with the stylist. On the day of the wedding the stylist said her boss told her the $100 deposit did not cover anything. She called her boss when I disagreed. All of the bridesmaids could hear the owner almost yelling after the stylist told her what I said. As soon as the stylist handed me the phone the owner began speaking to me very rudely in raised tones. The owner told me the $100 deposit did not cover hair, and accused me of making it up that I had been told otherwise. I told her that I had confirmed my payment plant 3 times with her employees. She told me the $100 covered the cost of the stylist packing up her stuff and coming to our venue. I said that sounded like a travel fee and she re-confirmed that they did not charge a travel fee. She then said that $100 covered the cost of supplies (we wore our hair down and curly). She was rude and sarcastic throughout our conversation. She interrupted me often, and eventually demanded I return the phone to the stylist while I was mid-sentence. She then proceeded to yell at the stylist more, forcing the stylist to leave so we could not continue to hear her boss act so unprofessionally. When the stylist returned she was holding back tears. This situation was clearly a miscommunication between owner and employees. I recommend nobody ever uses this business because of the completely unprofessional woman who is running the place. The way she treated me and her stylist was unacceptable, and she does not deserve to profit while she continues to treat people this way. If you do hire this salon for an event make sure to get your agreement in writing.
This is the place to go for the finest Hairstylists in town! I'm a customer of 12+ years and won't go any place else. Their prices are so reasonable you'll be amazed. If you're looking for big and trendy this is not the place for you. They simply provide great service at a good price. I have people ask me constantly "Who does your hair?"
Walked in with little over thirty minutes before closing time, only one person in a chair tryna tell me they're closing and won't cut my Hair. Lazy people not wanting to work
The quality of a salon is never a name but the stylist in it!! I was hesitant due to what Ive so often heard and read about fantastic sams... And while I cant vouch for every Fantastic Sam's, I can say that this paticular store is a winner with many good and knowledgeable stylists.On a whim I took a chance and stopped in. I asked for a cut that I habe really only recieved sucessfully once ( a diagonal forward with a much higher stack than normal and an undercut below) I expected at the very best I'd recieve ur typical diagonal forward cut. I was wrong! I recoeved just what I asked for and I can't even express my happiness, considering Ive asked for this cut many times over the years in many salons n spas and only recieved it succesfully once. Ive since returned many times, tried different stylist and services and have yet to be disappointed.Ive come to learn that a good salon isnt a name or a price ... It is entirely the stylists that you find there! I also discovered that they offer many more services than their competitors.. such as smartstyles, supercuts (which are actually owned by the same company), and greatclips. I recommend anyone and everyone to give this location a try!! They are a great crew!!

Your stylist Kristen did an exceptional job on a friend of mine who had her hair ruined at another salon. I honestly wasn't sure her hair was even fixable, but Kristen must be a miracle worker. Her hair looks so beautiful again, it's hard to believe that she even had a hair disaster. Not only did Kristen do an amazing job, but the entire salon staff was so incredibly kind and went out their way to make my friend feel welcome and taken care of.
