Very poor customer service... Called and was told I could pick up emergency contact lenses and then was told I could not when I got there. Mind you this was right after I was informed no one that was there that day knew anything of the conversation I had earlier when I called.

I have been to this location twice and both times the staff has been absolutely horrible. I sat in the waiting room as they gossiped and said awful things about the patients around them. They even rolled their eyes and were rude when answering patients questions over the phone, as if they weren't worth their time and their demeanor wasn't much better to the patients that approached them in person. I'm not just talking about one employee either... the whole group of at least 4 that I saw displayed similar behavior and then laughed and joked about it. Absolutely wicked. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because I was satisfied with the doctor. Hopefully he can distance himself from this group soon.
This place tried to take advantage of me and said my insurance was declined. I called another doctor and there's no problem with my insurance. These are very shady people and very rude. I waited an hour and a half just for them to tell me this, even though we had appointments. I'm contacting Jag as I really do not recommend anyone or the military to use this business
Went here and had excellent service minus the young female doing the pre-screen testing. She was kind of rude when I opted to not have the pictures taken of my eyes instead of the dilation that is covered by my insurance. Dr. Pulliam seemed knowledgeable and professional. The sales lady (who has been there 24 years) was the sweetest woman! I would highly recommend this place.
Rude, Rude, and more Rude. Do not waste your money here. This business deserves to go out of business for hiring such nasty employees. Very rude to VETS, and actually are demeaning to our Military Vets. Please, don't waste your money or our Governments money by going here. Hideous business, P L E A S E do N O T go here !
I love this store. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. And I really like the doctor that did my eye exam.
Do not go here! Sales people are rude and unhelpful. They will not honor their own buy 1 pair get 1 pair free. According to them one pair Is $120 and two is $250. Refuse to explain how that math works out. Took my prescription elsewhere.
