I have been to this location twice and both times the staff has been absolutely horrible. I sat in the waiting room as they gossiped and said awful things about the patients around them. They even rolled their eyes and were rude when answering patients questions over the phone, as if they weren't worth their time and their demeanor wasn't much better to the patients that approached them in person. I'm not just talking about one employee either... the whole group of at least 4 that I saw displayed similar behavior and then laughed and joked about it. Absolutely wicked. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because I was satisfied with the doctor. Hopefully he can distance himself from this group soon.
Have been a patient for over 5 years and have been generally very satisfied. However, over the last several months, service has declined dramatically. I needed to schedule an appointment Nov 2016 and was told that he earliest slot was Feb 2017. Today, Jan 24, I have to cancel because I must be out of town on that day. I am now told that I must wait to the first of April. If that is not bad enough, she is still taking new patients !!!! DO NOT BECOME A NEW PATIENT UNLESS YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEE HER !!!!
Bluegrass Laser, 1400 poplar level rd. - - - attention: Dr. Blairi am wondering if there is any way work can be done without the restraining tape across the forehead. the tape was applied probably ten minutes before the surgery. i understand the reason for the immobilizing, but i would appreciate a shorter time in the restraint. am very happy with the outcome and my regular doc says everything looks good. feedback would be appreciated . . . email: email@example.com
Went here and had excellent service minus the young female doing the pre-screen testing. She was kind of rude when I opted to not have the pictures taken of my eyes instead of the dilation that is covered by my insurance. Dr. Pulliam seemed knowledgeable and professional. The sales lady (who has been there 24 years) was the sweetest woman! I would highly recommend this place.
I think the service is excellent. There is no waiting period. My doctor explains everything to me so I can understand it. My doctor allows me to ask questions and provides good answers so I can understand it. Everyone greets you with a smile. Clean environment
My experience has been great!!! I love Dr. Meyer, he is the best and everyone is so professional and friendly. Under Dr. Meyer's care my vision has improved tremendously. Adrienne is always the one who greets me and gets me signed in. She's the best!!
This is best eye care place Ive ever been to. The service was fantastic and Kacie was very knowledgeable, and the staff as a whole gave me excellent customer service. They really made my day!! 20/20 EyeCare > Vision World.
Everyone is very friendly and professional. Love this place. I had contacts that were irritating, so they helped me switch out for a new brand with no problems! Highly recommend.
