Terrible service all the way around. Took my 50 inch flat screen there in the summer of 2017 to get it fixed. said the LED lights had gone out on it and said they replaced them for $200. 6 months later the same thing is happening again so I took it back in. Said they would look at it and get back to me in a week and over a week goes by and I never hear from them so I call them on a Thursday and they said they were "working on it" and would know something Saturday. Never heard from them so I call on Monday and they say they didn't even take it apart because it can't be fixed. So they basically lied and said they were working on it when they weren't. Guy does not know how to talk to people. Continued to interrupt me, had a short temper and seemed irritated with any questions I asked. It could be because I was a woman but he has a another thing coming if that's the case!!!. Not sure how he stays in business. Will never go back and plan to tell everyone I know how horrible they are.
If possible I'd give zero stars. Took a 39 inch tv which was working Finn except for a broken RF connector, the HDMI inputs worked fine. The proprietator said it would take a day to fix, no need to leave my remote. After not hearing from him for close to a week I called oink to be told that he had replaced parts in the TV for a problem that did not exist prior to me taking it in!!! He never called to tell me this but then starts accusing me of having reported a false problem. He attempted to sell me 2 other tvs in his store and when I rejected his offers asked for additional time to rectify. Finally told me to come and pick up my TV which was no longer working. I'll be making a report to the BBB that's for sure. I would definitely NOT be referring anybody else to this charlatan
I was in the store on Alliant and was assisted by Rody at customer service and she was the most efficient and nicest person I have encountered in a while She made the trip so memorable Kudos to her!
Still feeling ripped off!!!I called Andy's because my TV remote would no longer turn ON the set. I assumed that the problem was the TV and not the remote since other buttons worked and the remote would turn OFF the TV. Andy arrived and diagnosed the problem was NOT the TV. He told me to continue pressing buttons Luckily 3 months have passed and I am still dealing with the same problem so I went to google to order a new remote control and found this YouTube video, I followed the steps and my remote control is working beautifully. Andy was terrible over the phone. I can't imagine how this guy stays in business. Poorest customer service that I have experienced in a long time. The quality rates that of wireless customers a few years back.

I recently returned a auto battery that was still under warranty. I was made feel like a criminal with all the questions about. How often I drive my car? And if my car has electrical issues? I've done business with Batteries Plus for many years. They've just lost a customer!

Took my new iPhone 6 in to have it looked at because it was acting up just 1 day after buying it. The iPhone store at Oxmoor refused to look at it unless I made an appointment. They weren't busy! I will not purchase another apple product and won't recommend them either. As for customer service, they suck and are rude. Hate this store.
