Dropped my dress for Thurby off an entire week ago. Go to pick it up and stood there for 45 mins only for it not to be found. After several phone calls it was found, but i guess not started because still couldn't get it until 5.THEN the job was horrible! And it wasnt even pressed. she gave a $10 discount should have been free for inconvenience. never again! and will never suggest ....this place. If I could give negative 5 I Would!!

This location was nice. The whole process was simple. Dropped my dress off in the morning. It was ready for pick up on time. My dress was nice and clean, when I picked it up. Will be a returning customer.
We took a wedding dress here and they washed it and placed it is a dryer that got black lint under the lace. They stalled returning it for over three months because they knew they ruined the dress. I would never use this cleaners.
I had my dry cleaning done in this location and in Shelbyville location. Good customer service. Quick dry cleaning.
Me and my husband took comforter and a basket of sheets to this establishment because we had used this facility many years ago. Wow! What a shock. The owners wife was running the store that afternoon and she got on my nerves so bad I wanted to take everything out and leave. She kept taking our money saying machines would not accept coins and would set a timer. I think she ripped us off. She was bossy and kept micro managing people. She was not pleasant at all. I will never ever go back there again. I would wash my laundry with a garden hose first.
I have been going to this cleaner for 7 years. I have had countless alterations on clothes as well as dry cleaning done at Kim's. The alterations are second to none. I would highly recommend Kim's.
The new owner is fantastic, nothing like the previous one. He went out of his way to make sure he met every single want and need of my fiancé's and I. If you care about your clothes this is the place to take it to, they take care of everything as if it were their own. I have been looking for so long and finally found a dry cleaner I can trust with my expensive clothes and my fiancé's shirts.
Wish I could give 0 star. This place is Trash Trash ultimate Trash. I was so excited when I found this place and their prices were incredible! I only looked at a few reviews online, and I was misled. I went back to pick up my first batch of clothes. They ruined my peacoat! But I still had one item in the shop, my $1400 wedding dress. I went back to pick that up. It had dirt all over it still and looked like it hadn't even been cleaned! The girl offered to send it back for free and at first I said yes. Then I changed my mind and decided I wanted to take it somewhere else and have my money back. The girl called the owner and the owner said no refunds. Period. So I got the number to call the owner myself. I called for 2 hours and there was never an answer. So as of now I'm out $100 and still don't have my dress!! Avoid this place at all costs. Every location. Just don't go there.
Promised next day service. The next day they said, "we would never promise next day".Last time I take my laundry to highland.
This place burnt the liner on my drapes and will not replace them the owner will not call to try and fix the problem ,he had someone else call and all they can say is I need to take them back where I bought them cause they did what the label said (dry clean only) but yet when I took them back the employee said it looked like they got the machine to hot and burnt them and I called Bed Bath and Beyond and the manager that I talked to said she has been at the store for 17 years and she has never seen any drapes come back with a recall. The guy that I talk to was no help instead of them replacing them they ate trying to blame it on someone else and they did offer to take my liner off so if they did nothing wrong why would they even do that. Please no one go here cause the manager sure don't care about his customers.
