Great alternative to the old cable company or phone company. Business centric, will help you beyond just selling a connection and forgetting about you. Will talk on the phone, no overseas help desk.

My office has been a customer of Bluegrass.Net since 1997. We've always had unbelievable customer service and complete reliability. When you call them, a HUMAN BEING answers the phone, which I find amazing! This morning, two techs from Bluegrass.Net showed up at my office and told me we had a problem with our wireless DSL internet access point. We had no idea as it seemed to be working but the access point had fallen from the window to which it was physically attached. They came in, put it back up and reoriented the device. Took 5 minutes. The really beauty is that we weren't even aware there was a problem but they knew and they fixed it. Bluegrass.net ROCKS!
When our server crashed, we were dead in the water. It was far beyond my level of expertise. Nathan of Envision IT got us back up and running quickly, and has provided great support since. Now they monitor our network, so sometimes they know about little issues before they become big ones.
My computer would not reboot after I deleted some critical software. I took it in to have my hard drive files recovered and a new operating system put on. I was told I could get the computer back in two days. Two days later, the computer was not ready, and I was told that the mother board was shorted out. More money and time was added to the estimate. I never got a call back when I was promised. I called and he did not yet have the motherboard and had not checked on it. After two weeks, he called me and told me that the motherboard did not fix it and that I needed to have a new operating system installed. I reminded him that was why I brought it in in the first place. I told him to cancel the repair, and I picked up the computer. My friend loaded Windows XP on it for free with the original motherboard and it has worked fine ever since.
