Car decided not to start in the middle of nowhere at 9pm on a Sat. I called AAA and they set me up with Rescue Rangers in Louisville KY. I was in town for an event, and had no way to get my car fixed; the steering wheel was locked, the key wouldn't turn, and the shifter was stuck in P. I had to get my car back home (200+ miles away), and figure out how to rent a car at that time. Initially they told me they could not take it back to Ohio, but then called me back a short time later saying they could. In the time I was waiting, I was able to get a one-way rental back to Ohio. The driver (Conroy), showed up loaded the car promptly. I asked the driver if he could drop me at the airport to pick my rental car, and he said he would. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone (Mark), wax also very professional, and kept me abreast as to what was happening.Although this was set up through AAA, Rescue Rangers took charge and got business handled. This company drove my car to Ohio 200+ miles away, in the middle of the night, and dropped me at the airport so I can get my rental car. A+ guys keep it up.

Great experience with the company. Was well aware on situations that could lead for a request of a tow an which equipment an truck needed for the job. Would highly recommend time frame given from tow that was received before my call to me was very close an was actually sooner. An reasonable prices an below most with better service.
I had an unusual request to be picked up. A vintage baby grand piano that I was going to make into a coffee table. Scott at STS was awesome in coordinating it and the driver Eric was super cool and courteous. Class act, pickup was on time, deliver was on time and Eric even helped me unload the piano. Great company! Highly recommend these guys.
Was told the truck would be there to tow us within the hour. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, on the side of the highway, I called to check on what was taking so long. The person on the phone was incredibly rude and hung up before I was done talking. When they got there, finally, to tow us my husband help him get the car hooked up and said the men was, for like of better terms, a complete dick the whole time. Would not recommend.
On Friday November 11, James P was the driver sent out for my auto distress call. He seemed to know what he was doing and so far I have not had any problems with my car. I gave him one star due to his strange behavior. He made of point of NOT looking at me. After he jumped my car battery, put away his equipment, had me sign the disclaimer, gave me his card and battery results receipt, he did not leave. James sat in front of my open garage, which is behind my house, for at least 5-7 minutes writing something. When he finally left, instead of driving away from my house, he backed down the street to my nearest neighbor’s driveway. Then James slowly proceeded forward with a focus solely on my house. This really unnerved me!!! I tried to call your office but the line was busy. This morning I called but evidently the office was closed.
My mother had to get a tow from these guys and they showed up on time, and handled her car with care. Thanks fellas.
My experience with Curtis began as USAA contacted them to help me with a shredded tire. Everything went smoothly until my spare tire turned out flat. Stephen was a great help, since his air compressor was broken he took me to the nearest gas station to help me out air in the tire. After he found out their air compressor was also out of commission, I called his dispatch. Stephen abandoned me and the dispatch called me "f*ckin' ridiculous" when I asked if another guy had an air compressor or if he could follow me to the next closest gas station. They left me at Speedway with nothing and nowhere to go, thankfully USAA sent someone else at a reliable company, but they urged me to make sure everyone knew just how awful Curtis really is. Never use Curtis. They are self serving and unprofessional. They'll leave you when you need them most, and that's the opposite of what roadside assistance should be.
I have an international 4700, which had a blow out in the left front in I 64. I was stuck with a big trailer and very hot horses on the inside emergency lane next to concrete wall. I had called 911 and 6 other towing services no one would come on a Sat evening. Finally called suburban towing. Dispatch was wonderful, since I was a girl in an emergency and had no clue of some of the questions he asked about the truck. He gave me a quote over the phone, and I went ahead and paid. Driver was a little slow getting there but with the traffic a weekend, and that the truck was beat up pretty badly but the horses and I were ok I understand. The driver called came hooked up the truck which had to have other things done to tow it due to its size, which if had not been done would have seriously damaged the truck. All of which I had no clue about, then hauled it all the way back home. In hooked it even put it on blocks. The quote that they gave me ended up being $100. LESS that originally quoted.☺
Highly recommend. Very professional, and courteous. Will call him directly from now on instead of going through roadside
Highly recommended fast easy to deal with would never ever use any other services but this one A++++++++++
