I went to Wicks Pizza Parlor last night with a friend excepting good service and great food, as they usually provide. But disappoint was all we received when we waited 10 minutes for a water, another 10 to order, and then were informed that our pizza had been burnt. Our service was absolutely horrible. From the time we arrived to her informing us that our pizza had burnt, she had a smug look on her face and continually gave off an "I don't want to be here" attitude.After taking our order, she proceeded to stand not 5 feet from our table chatting it up with coworkers for a good 2 minutes before finally going to the kitchen to put in the order. 15 mins later she brought us utensils and napkins. 20 mins later she came to inform us that the pizza was burnt and that she would talk to her manager. She then proceeded to walk to the bar and chat it up with a friend, finally grabbing her jacket and heading outside. Leaving us astonished because we figured she would come back to tell us how long it would be before we received our food, being that our 40 min wait was already less than pleasurable. The manager finally did come and speak with us. We decided to leave the establishment. It's sad to see a good restaurant go down hill, especially when I've ate there multiple times with no problem. Being attentive to your customers is number one in serving, and if you can't do that you shouldn't be working with the public.
Creepy corner thugs hang out in the parking lot. I like the Pizza, however is is a little weird seeing these guys with hoodies lurking around. These are not kids and it makes me nervous getting out of my car.
We had a horrible experience with the manager there. He was rude and called us liars when we called about a pick up that was wrong. The pizza in the middle was undercooked. When we tried to get a number to speak with the owner we were not only denied but chased out of the store by the manager who picked up a chair and had to be held back by other staff. The police were called to incident and nothing was done. Still waiting to get a response from owner. This was the worst experience we have ever had of customer service and the manager should have been terminated. I'm still unsure if the owner was ever told about the incident.
The pizza was great but why was I charged an extra 55 cents after I was told a different amount on the phone. It's not the change that's the problem it's only 55 cents but you told me one price which was correct and then added to it when I arrived and couldn't answer why and never gave me a receipt.. just wondering how many people a day have had this happen to them?
Not worth the price! We waited almost an hour to get our food and then it was wrong. They were not even busy. I would say go somewhere else it's not worth the price or the wait.
Sadly, this was a complete upset for my family. I ordered cheese pizzas and one of the managers decided it would be funny to lace it with pork. I was very saddened by this. I am a nice person and did not deserve this. I will never trust eating out at any fast food joint again.
This is the worst pizza hut location. Everytime I order from here the food is horrible. Both my pizza and cheese stick are over cooked and burnt. When I called the employee Anthony was rude and told me that's the way food is suppose to be. Funny none of the other pizza hut locations food come out dry and burnt. My thing is.. don't give me nothing you wouldn't eat yourself. Especially if I'm paying for it. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PIZZA HUT LOCATION!!!! It doesn't even deserve one star !!!
I ordered a pizza for my friend to be delievered to his house, over 3 hours ago, called to see about a refund and why I have yet to get the delivery and they said that they were super delayed due to a very short number of drivers. Horrible!!
I'll never eat here again. Took a bite out of my pizza and there was a chunk of wood inside! bit down and it poked my jaw and the roof of my mouth. I feel sick because where did this come from?? and I still haven't gotten my refund smh TERRIBLE!!
Verify, verify, & VERIFY your order.Twice I've ordered from this store. 1st time they "forgot" garlic butter. The driver said he would bring it back. Gave him a nice tip. Basically he told me to have a nice day because he never returned. Today they sent the wrong pizza. It was what was on the order, but it wasn't WHAT I told the salesperson. Called & they sent a new pizza, but hour & half before I was able to have my food.
