Will never go back. Attitude and behavior of the person checking patients in was the worst I have ever experienced. Really unfortunate because I have been going there ever since it opened. It has been getting increasingly bad ever since Baptist took it over. It has all to do with their office staff.

Worst experience ever on my life! They don't even get 1 star for any category.I had been in a car accident.I called and told them my situation and I asked if they give X-rays and they said yes..After waiting a few hours to get one the nurse practitioner denied me of one using a lame excuse of were worried it's been a couple days since the accident that your coverage will kick the price for an X-ray back to us..I told her I'm covered for 10,000 worth and she kept telling me the same thing and finally said I should have went to an E.R..which I will from now on! Waste of my time and money!
The receptionist was a TOTAL ass! My husband heard her say a rude remark as I was limping away from the window with a injured foot... she found out real quick she was messing with the wrong people!!!!!
Got a message machine with limited menu. I was not able to find out if the patient was still in the hospital!
I will rank this hospital with ZERO-ZERO-ZERO XXL PLUS. I was there today 9/6/2016 waiting for a doctor who never came to me.
At Baptist Surgical Assoc. my surgery outcome was good BUT my surgeon used outdated protocol and subjected me to an unnecessary bladder catheterization. It turned out that this surgeon just had old, bad habits. Remember that if you're able to empty your bladder before surgery, catheters are not needed!

Went in for X-rays, Jan 08, 2016 something is wrong, I could see something myself on the X-rays, Hillary NP told me she could see nothing wrong just some swelling, take tynol three times a day. But she will send to a Radiologist to read it. FIVE days later and thinking now of going to ER, because whatever this is, it is getting worse. I call and find out they had the reviews for FOUR days and NO ONE called me! Now they are pushing me to come in and talk about it, yeah right. They usually call and let you know if there is a problem. They again said no fracture, just some swelling. But what is this moving around under my ribs? I WILL go to another Dr and they better be happy with what the insurance pays, because I WILL NOT pay them for their incompetence! Turns out a hernia, yep tynol would fix that! Yeah right!
Don't waste your time. I called ahead to see if I needed to schedule an appointment and I was told that I could walk in, no appointments necessary. When I arrive, I was told the wait time was an hour which is reasonable, I didn't mind. However 2.5 hours later I still didn't see a doctor. There were 3 patients ahead of me. I sat and listened to the staff discuss Qdoba orders and complain about how much time was left until they were able to close. I sat and watched while nurses talked in their cell phones and ducked into patient rooms to talk to their friends and family on the phone. No wonder I waited almost three hours till I saw the doctor! Unprofessional and absolutely no sense of urgency. There is nothing "urgent" about First Stop Urgent Care. That was my first and definitely will be my last time.
People are very unprofessional i have been waiting here over 3 hours the staff is rude, i hope i never come back to this place, people are going before me and they been here for about 15 minutes this rude person i asked why they going before me , her response was we are waiting for room for you strongly recommend stay awey from this place
I called ahead to make sure they accepted my insurance, and they said they did. I took time off work to go there and, once I got there, they said they did not accept my insurance. The staff was also rude and nasty about it.
