The drive through at the Bardstown Road USBank is very slow. The tellers are quick enough but the machine is not.
This bank is the best! I've been with them since 2006 and I'll never leave them! They stand by me and helped me when I got in a jam. The heck with these big banks, I'll take a small one any day. Republic Bank stayed #1 back in 2008 when the other banks were having all kinds of problems. Republic Bank didn't take a loan from the government

They were very nice when I opened the account and to take my money. The free cookies in the lobbies were also a nice touch to lure me in. However, I noticed one day that there was a mysterious $5 charge on my statement. It was charged twice. I called them and they told me that it was a fee they suddenly started charging customers for paper statements, I don't why a paper statement would cost $5 each. I asked them to cancel it and they told me I had to go into the branch and fill out paperwork to get it electronically. Every other bank would just do that online. The lady also said that she would check with her manager to see about getting the 2 $5 fees waived. A couple days passed and I went to the branch, the fees weren't removed. I asked about the fee and was directed to a manager who informed me that the most she could remove would be one $5 fee. It wasn't worth my time so I closed my account, of course then the manager decided not to even credit back the one $5 fee she previously offered! This is a small local banking company, they should be able to waive ridiculous fees. Bottom Line, They scammed $10 from me, however I have 5 other bank account with large deposits and I will never ever use Commonwealth again. Their loss, enjoy my $10 make sure you don't use it all at one place.
im still waiting on a mananger to contact me , reguarding my truck being damanged during repo, no one cares or wants to call, but in 24 hours they will care, cause ill be sueing somebody. ill i wanted was a phone call back. robert devore, i paid my past due bill, now i cant drive it, shift linkage is broke. handle this and ill remove my reviw. the tow co, cuss me and wants nothing to do with it.
