As A mother of Two.. I am very upset that this business has taken over 1700 dollars of mine and sold me a Lemon. After only 4 days of having the car, it gave out on me on the highway with my kids inside. After taking it to Mr. Transmission, I was told that I would have to get a Completely New Transmisssion!!! After calling the business owner, and trying to see if he could reimburse me gor the lemon he sold. He got irrate with me and Said there was nothing he could do about it!!! Now Im being forced to Take him CHARLIE to court. Save Yaself the hassle, dont buy from BERRY BLVD AUTO SALES
They lie they tell you that the car is safe and it's not I was almost involved in a car wreck because my wheel came off they sold a vehicle that had hollowed out the wheel bearing areas behind my wheels that's unsafe and it's unfair to purchase a vehicle that's dangerous they knew it was dangerous when they sold it and they didn't care all they care about is money don't buy from them don't go to them don't even say their name
I don't even want to give this place a 1 star! This place is a joke! While be were test driving the car he sold it...and not to us. Yes, he sold the car to someone else while we were test driving the car. We got back ready to buy and he said I just sold it. Who does that? Shady people that's who!! Totally wrong, you don't do business that way! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!! I repeat DON'T buy a car from these shady people!!

On Friday January 19th,2018 we had a meeting as scheduled with Cliff himself of Cliff and Sons auto.Things quickly took a nasty turn ,as Cliff began using profanities and told me to "Get the hell out of my Damn building Now ,I'm not gonna listen to this shit"!Telling me and my girlfriend that he would not help us,we both left their dealership asking each other Did that just happen? Letdown and still unsure if Cliff and Sons auto had truely just sold us a 2007 Mercury Moutaineer for a whopping $8,000.00 with bent rim (they still haven't replaced) and then a month later the thremostat and transmission both failing!This broken expensive lawn ornament as it were, sits in my front yard where we had to push it because it does not run.I'm in disbelief we have been treated this way and wonder if/when Cliff and Sons auto sales will be sending a wrecker to pick up this broken truck they've sold us and make right their wrong.We are already out $8,000.00 and only made a couple payments thus far plus having paid nearly $200 for the thremostat and oil change,we can not afford the additional $4,000.00 Cliff n sons garage said it would cost for a transmission.This is unbelievable!Amy's job depends on her having reliable transportation,and this is what we thought we were purchasing from Cliff and Sons 'once friendly helpful staff.😞

I purchased a car from them in 2005, three days after I bought the car the alternator went out, they fixed it and then after them having my car for a week before I could pick it up two days after getting it back the starter went out they said they would fix it and add the cost to my payments I told them no because I hadn't had the car a month before it started breaking down, so I told them to keep it. I received a letter like a week later saying the car would be sold in auction in two weeks and I would be responsible for the balance if it didn't sell for the full price, they sold it for more and now 13 1/2 yrs later I get notified that they have a real estate lien on me and that I owe them almost $15,000 dollars, so I try to talk to their collection people to find out how do I owe anything when this is the first time in 13yrs I have heard anything about the car, they was rude and nasty and hung up on me, but the funny thing is how can they put a real estate lien on me when I have never owned any real estate??, but because of the lien I can't buy a house until they drop the stupid lien on something I have never owned. I am disabled so they will die waiting for that kind of money from me
This is my first experience and it was positive. The process was not overwhelming and difficult. I was treated kindly and respectfully.
We rented 4/5 15+ passenger vans for a football tournament the weekend of 11/17- 19. Charged twice without explanation, but met with blame, denial and interrogation from office mgmt Chris when trying to rectify the situation. More attitude than customer when trying to obtain and explanation on why extra charges were on hold during weekend. No compensation offered or implied. A threat to be hung up on while trying to discuss situation. Has to counter with calling an officer to make report of theft because of the neglect to investigate situation before being called "a liar". Van was returned in prestin condition, on full tank and fully vacuumed before return. The MOST unprofessional rental purchase from a football team who gives over $3000 wortj of business at a time. He made it the most stressful nd uncomfortable transaction ever, another company will be used next year and beyond.
