Spontaneously cancelled our ATM card associated with our savings account. Even though we had verified earlier THE SAME DAY that our old ATM card for savings would stay active. Found out at 10:00 p.m., 12 hours before a major appointment, when we attempted to withdraw money that the card was "inactive". This is incredibly disappointing considering I appreciate their ease of service. By that, I mean, their chat service, telephone options, online, etc... If this had not happened, I would sing their praises. It is important to note that we have had this savings account and subsequently the card for almost ten years.

They are rude to their customers. The person who handled my loan process was utterly incompetent. Do not waste your time or your energy with these people.
Nice Bank with personal service and small town feel. Conveniently located in East Louisville area and in St Matthews.
Personal and helpful when assisting customer. Banker was informed, and address all my needs as I had many questions.
The drive through at the Bardstown Road USBank is very slow. The tellers are quick enough but the machine is not.
Horrible with overdraft fees. This bank charges 32.00 for PENDING transactions, even if the transaction never posts to the account. I travel with my job and made a hotel reservation on my card. The hotel put a hold for the cost of the stay on my park account like most hotels do, and the bank charged me 32.00 for that hold which was removed before it ever posted to the account. As the result of this hold, my account was subsequently charged over 200.00 in overdraft fees alone. When I called the manager she told me that since we received our 5 cents in interest, they would not be able to refund me any of the fees. The manager also told me that they were non-profit. I would LOVE to know where all of the money in overdraft fees they are collecting is going.
Poor service never answers the phone always go straight to the voicemail. Ask the lady to do rush card on Monday she said she will do it but idk
Great Drive Through Service! and Close to Starbucks too!
Been a member here for over 20 years. Great CU. Great rates, help members all the time.
They were very nice when I opened the account and to take my money. The free cookies in the lobbies were also a nice touch to lure me in. However, I noticed one day that there was a mysterious $5 charge on my statement. It was charged twice. I called them and they told me that it was a fee they suddenly started charging customers for paper statements, I don't why a paper statement would cost $5 each. I asked them to cancel it and they told me I had to go into the branch and fill out paperwork to get it electronically. Every other bank would just do that online. The lady also said that she would check with her manager to see about getting the 2 $5 fees waived. A couple days passed and I went to the branch, the fees weren't removed. I asked about the fee and was directed to a manager who informed me that the most she could remove would be one $5 fee. It wasn't worth my time so I closed my account, of course then the manager decided not to even credit back the one $5 fee she previously offered! This is a small local banking company, they should be able to waive ridiculous fees. Bottom Line, They scammed $10 from me, however I have 5 other bank account with large deposits and I will never ever use Commonwealth again. Their loss, enjoy my $10 make sure you don't use it all at one place.
