I had a conversation with the store owner and a customer when I attempted to return an unopened bottle of Senna and a Mood enhancement supplement. The owner insulted me in a kind voice, and talked about me to the customer, saying she doesnt get it. Then she proceeds to talk about me being a Level 1 with my mood. The owner does not get that good merchants treat customers with respect and appreciate them for their business even when they return items. You never know when they may frequent your store again. My advice, research the supplements, you can buy them online for less and know the effects before you take them.
