        Overall

        I was referred to Jeff Lunsford by a co-worker. I have never had a more personal, and professional experience than I had with Jeff and this dealership. There was a small issue with the vehicle I purchased, and before moving any further Jeff explained the proper steps that the dealership would take in remedying the situation for me. It was quick and easy, thanks in large to their set pricing at $50 over invoice.



        I would like to thank everyone at Louisburg Ford for their courteous service and 10 star experience.
