The service is very poor! All the staff including the manager need customer service training. The wait is ridiculous! The drive up cashier seemed bothered by questions I asked about certain things on the menu.The manager was texting on the phone and not assisting his co-workers or acknowledging the line. This is a new business to the area and the staff and management could cause the business to tank. The owners should definitely have employees listen to each other on how they sound on the phone and through drive up...
We noticed how busy this location was after opening and decided to wait a few weeks. We went in last night at 6:00 pm and they were already out of food! What they did have we ordered and the Manager gave us discounts which was appreciated. It seems this location will always be crowded, so it needs to be better prepared for supply and demand.
The food was great, all of the employees had smiling faces, and positive attitudes as they did there best to keep up with the crowd that seemed to never end.I was very satisfied with my visit, I would highly recommend this restraunt to anyone looking for a awesome lunch or dinner.
Manger, Nathan was very unfriendly, chicken was not completely cooked, mashed potatoes and gravy was cold, no flavor to the drink. No really sure I will go back.Signed a dissatisfied customer
I waited a few weeks so they could get the kinks out of their service. Stopped in today around noon, there were 2 cars in Drive-up and 1 person in line inside and a few waiting on orders sitting in dining room. When I decided to take my business elsewhere there was still 1 person in front of me but know had 9 behind me, I should say clustered around me because there was no orderly line to be seen, oh and did I mention after 6 minutes of waiting there was still NO SIGN OF A CASHIER, who should have been TAKING ORDERS! But the worse part in my managerial experience was that no one behind the counter not once acknowledged a single one of us standing there waiting patiently. Tony the manager was very rude. They never have pot pie today (again) out of white meat last visit and charges $1.00 for changing to brown gravy from white on Tuesday special Tony got upset when asked why all of the above and said I threatened him when said I was crossing KFC off my list and didn't want to serve me, he refunded money was trying to give money to his business told him I would go to his corporate and give a review he said go ahead he is person who will be the one receiving corporate review didn't care church's chicken coming soon building almost done horrible business art
This place is horrible about having chicken in stock come 5pm. Me and my wife have come here twice and both times out of most of the chicken pot pies ect, thus only having little to know options and the children running the place seem to think it's a joke, jokes on them when churches chicken gets built and takes all your business.
Very rude. I ordered at the drive thru and did not get what I ordered. In addition I did not receive napkins or drinks. I went in to get napkins and drinks but when i explained what happened I got arguments, discussions, on and on until I just told them I wanted my money back. They took the food, threw it in the trash and eventuallly gave my my refund. Made no effort to remedy any of it and NO APOLOGIES at all. Unreal
The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The food is usually very yummy. On 11/8/14 it was gross. Avoid this place...
got two sandwiches 1 subway club 1 steak cheese the steak had 3 gnats fly out out of it i had to throw it out the subway website tried twice now they dont respond been almost 2 weeks
