Eyedeal Vision

The staff had no knowledge, plus they don't great you with a warm smile. They never put the needs of the patient first. You always wait over an hour to see the Doctor and they treat you like you are just another set of eyes to them.

Would not recommend. Poor customer relations. I called to see about getting prescription safety glasses and told them I had a prescription from another eye doctor and just wanted to order glasses because they were on of the list of approved businesses provided by my employer. I was told to come on in, no appointment was needed. When I went there, the person that greeted me asked who my employer was, then said they do not accept outside prescriptions (without asking who the prescription was from). For all she knew I could have had a prescription from EyeDeal Vision. She did not want to help me once I stated my employer, even though my employer had listed EyeDeal as a preferred provider. A complete waste of my time!

They would not even give me a general price range for contact lenses over the phone, saying there was too wide of a range. There should not be such a wide range for standard gas permeable lenses that would prevent them from giving a ballpark estimate, unless they are simply not competitive. I would not go there
