###Under new management! Sam just bought over the shop, and he has an awesome staff. Kelli did the best pedicure, in a clean tub. This shop uses disposable liners in the tubs and you never see equipment being shared between customers. All equipment cones from a sterilized package. The staff is kind, caring and professional. There is relaxing soft music. I recommend giving this beautiful salon a try.

HORRIBLE! They told me the wait was 15 minutes and I waited an hour and a half ! During that hour and a half they kept taking walk in pedicures and assisting them while I was there before them and I spoke up twice and they would dodge me ! Horrible and very rude employees! I do not reccomend this place to anyone
I had my first visit here and will not go back. After I took a seat in the lobby area, I overheard a woman who had returned describing a problem with her nails and asking if they could redo them. They took her back somewhat reluctantly. She had a little girl with her (about 3 years old). A man who works there asked another woman ( may the grandmother of the little girl) if she was the girls mother, as she was still seated in the lobby area. His broken english was very hard to understand. However, I did make out him saying "We don't want her here" gesturing to the back area for pedicure. I thought this was quite rude. After I was seated in the massage chair, I waited for at least 15 minutes to be helped. The area was almost full with customers, so I was patient. Although, I was not greeted by any of the girls in the area for about 10 min to let me know they would be helping me.I'm not expert on chemicals used during pedicures, but Im sure that it should NOT be a painful experience. I never got the name of the girl who worked on my feet, so I can only warn you by describing her physical appearance. She was dark complected, maybe hispanic, she spoke good english, had two distinct moles on her face. Her technique was lacking completely. Either she was having a bad day or she thought she knew from some where. I've never seen someone so aggressive in cutting the cuticle area around the nail. It hurt! I did not say anything as I'm usually more patient in nature than others. At one point I jumped as she cut at live skin. It was at that time I told her it hurt. No duh! I started a conversation with the woman in the next chair to get my mind off of how pissed I was getting. I had mentioned a street name near where I live, and the girl doing my nails suddenly spoke. She repeated the street name. So i look over at her and acknowledge that yes that is what I said. I maintain eye contact with her to see if she elaborates on a reason for wanting to confirm the name. No comment from her just a slight nod of her head. Do you know that point in a situation where you just know something is just strange? Creepy? I kept my cool.So at some point there was a clear chemical poured over my nails. About half of my cuticles burned like hell. She took chunks of skin from my feet. Wonderful! I paid and even left her a tip. I dont know of many others that would accept this kind of treatment. I will avoid this place like the plague!
Well being a male over 60, I was a little hesitant, But the service was exceptional, and the staff was so welcoming, they immediately made me feel at home.My Feet were in bad condition and was a bit embarrassed, but they did not give my problem a care, they just focused on making my feet feel better. Believe me, THEY DID. My hesitation is no more and I will be making a monthly visit to have my feet treated with tender care... THANK YOU 365 Color Nails, you are all awesome
My experience for the 1st time and most definitely last time was awful! Rude to the point of snatching the money out of my hand. The whole experience left me sad and depressed.
Had an appointment and still waited 30 min. No massage on the pedicure and no massage on the manicure. Will not be back. There was two of us and both disliked this place Gave it a try and will not be back
Very displeased with this salon. Work done by to mwn. Nails and toes. Not plesed a all. Toes painted looked like a three r old painted them. Nails not much better. Used to much better professional service. Will not go back.
