At Santos Ford in Los Banos we've always gotten a better deal than we expected. Even with a low credit score they were able to get financing for me on a late model Ford truck.

Like the license plate frame says, no suits, no ties, no lies. This is a true small family owned dealership. Informal, honest, courteous and efficient. They had a GT350 on the floor, made me great deal on it so I flew up to San Jose from Orange County. They picked me up at the airport, brought me to the dealership where the car was prepped and ready to roll. Great experience and a great car. Very happy.

We recently bought a 2016 f250 power stroke from Santos ford. Salesmen Josh and Gonzalo, finance manager Bruce, and Service manager Marion were all top notch. They even swapped out my 5th wheel hitch from my old truck to the new truck (at no charge). This dealership is outstanding when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction.
