        Overall

        1) blood stains all over bed spread & thermal blanket

        2) black mold in the dresser drawers

        3) COCKROACH in the night stand

        4) cracked & peeling toilet seat & lid

        5) exposed bulb in ceiling fixture

        6) mildew in the bath tub

        7) busted door frame

        8) No smoke detector

        9) Rust in the microwave

        10) paint stains on carpet & furniture

        11) no top latch on door

        12) indents and scratches all over furniture

        Overall

        This is a great motel to stop and rest for a night or two. Very reasonable price. I paid $60.50 for one room with two full size beds. That's with tax and all that included. Oh and they are pet friendly but comes with an extra charge. The management is a married Indian couple who are extremely nice and helpful. Our room wasn't very big but good enough to rest and they were very clean. I gave this place a four star rating because of the management, price, and condition of the room. It fell short of having five stars because even though the condition of the rooms were nice, it could've been better. Some of the repairs were kinda ghetto looking and the room was very hot once I walked in. They do have a little window A/C unit but takes awhile to cool the room. Also, they have a mini fridge, a microwave, and a hair dryer already in the rooms. My mini fridge didn't work but the management tried to get it fixed right away. The mattresses were kinda of stiff and most of the lamps didn't have light bulbs in them. Maybe they should hire a better maintenance person so that they could get five star rating.

        Best franchise price and quali...

        Best franchise price and quality rooms. Must visit and make your stay home away from home. Located close to Walgreens store. Maple Inn has all king size beds,queen double beds and room with 3 beds for family stay.
