My school has been fundraising for villages in Africa with very little access to clean water. Most of our students come from low-income families so we held a Penny War to collect change. In order to raise moer money, some of the staff members went and bought a box of pennies ($25) from their banks to contribute to the cause. All the loose coins were exchanged for cash through Coin Star, but I wanted to deposit the rolled coins because to my knowledge rolled coins can be deposited to my account at my bank. So I stopped by this Wells Fargo location for the first time and had the absolute worst experience. The security guard, the tellers, the greeter were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, one of the two female branch managers (the Middle Eastern? one: Marina?) was...DISGUSTING. She basically interrogated me about where I got the coins (as if I stole them?), why I'm at her branch, if this were a one time thing or if I planned to come back, and so forth. She did this in front of her staff and other customers. I was red in the face because I was so embarrassed. Then she kept telling me her vault was full and she didn't need these pennies. Then she told me that since I didn't have a merchant account, I can't exchange coins-not even rolled ones- for cash. I told her I called the main line in advance to ask if I can bring in coins and she told me that the people who answer the calls don't work in a bank so they pretty much don't know what they're talking about. I've been a Wells Fargo customer for almost 20 years now. I love Wells Fargo. Unfortunately, this woman is a poor representation of such an institution. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DON'T GO TO THIS BRANCH. This is the one by Vermont & Sunset.
I can't thank Think Mortgage enough! My loan was about to adjust and I was losing hope after being denied by 3 other lenders. I thought I would going to have to sell my property since there was no way I was going to be able to afford the new payment but thanks to the help of Mike and his team, I am now on a new, affordable fixed rate. Best part, I get to keep my home!

I had an Arbitration Meeting with Mr. Thomas Craigo very recently in November of 2016 against Pro Comfort Air Systems and we were in his office for nearly two full hours, if Not more!I have Never had such a long, extensive and intensive meeting like I had on that day and Yes, it was slightly uncomfortable for ME and I will tell You Why?The arbitrator seemed to be Much More Interested In Hearing What Pro Comfort Air Systems had to say instead of ME!Yes, I had my say and My Turn, but he spent a lot more time with the other side in hearing him show off His Defensive Side while purposely and deliberately Using A Lot Of Technical Terms that I did Not Understand, but which the Arbitrator Did Understand in which helped the other side cause ME to Lose My Case for No Good and Invalid Reasons!During Our Meeting, I had explained in detail that I hired Pro Comfort Air Systems to Fix My Air Conditioner That Was Blowing Out Hot Air and this company came over Not Once, but Twice To Fix It and Charged Me Two Different Amounts and it still was Not Fixed and when I did complain about it to the company, they basically told ME that they will NOT come back anymore to fix it and I ended Up Hiring AC Dude instead to fix and repair it.Well, what their arbitrator did was deduct the money that I paid out to the defendant and he minused it from the cost that I would incur to fix the damaged ceiling that Pro Comfort Air Systems caused while they were at my property while trying to fix the air conditioner in which the defendant refused to take any blame for.Well, basically their Uneducated, Low Class Arbitrator turned around the whole case and made it look like instead of ME getting Refunded For His Negligence, I Now Owe $146.00 Dollars And Change To The Defendant in which I will NOT Pay!I do NOT know where the their arbitrator came up with that Fake Amount, but he must have Not Gone To A Very Good Arbitration School!This is Fraud what their Arbitrator did to me which is Now Going To Get Published On Social Media Websites in regards to This Whole Disgusting Experience, including Publishing The Documents That Were Sent To Me By Certified Mail As Well!I do NOT know how and/or where they Hired and/or Got Their Arbitrator From, but Their Service Is A Phony and is far from being Honest, nor Fair, whatsoever!I am sure that there are other Arbitrators out there who are Fair and Real, but Not Mr. Thomas Craigo.During the whole time that I was there, I sat there helpless while Mr. Thomas Craigo took the defendant's side and paid more attention to him.It was more than Obvious!Well, anyway, I understand that You Can Not Appeal The Case, but I want a Full Investigation Conducted On Mr. Thomas Craigo's Business And/Or Arbitration Practice, because he is Not Using Common Sense, nor Honesty when it came to Judging My Case.The reason of Why we were here was for ME, not for the other side, but Mr. Thomas Craigo made it look like the case was All About The Defendant and Not Me At All!If I could have it My Way, I would like to Appeal The Case and have another Arbitrator Re-Hear It to get another Opinion if that can be done!I would definitely Not Recommend the Arbitration Mediation Conciliation Center, Inc. if You Ever Need To Go Through with an Arbitration.Thank you.Sincerely yours,Howard Paul ShoreAngry and Upset Arbitration Mediation Conciliation Center Customer/HPS

PNC BANK !!! Very unprofessional!!! I received a check from a settlement issued by PNC bank I could not cash it any where, I was told it had already been cashed, when i called PNC bank to see what the issue was they would not help me they would not give me any information and said that they could only give that info to the account holder who wrote the check. complete waist of time very difficult very unethical company... PNC BANK... BEWARE .... DISHONEST ..... UNETHICAL ....DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT FROM ANYONE USING PNC BANK.. YOU WILL GET BURNED!!!

I stop by this location when I need to speak with a teller and it's good. Never too busy and the people are nice.
Parking here is a nightmare, but it is Los Feliz Village, so that's no surprise. The staff are helpful and friendly, although wait times can get a little high at times.
