GOOD FOOD NICE PEOPLE GOOD TIMES, i come here all the time with my family and friends!Very fast and quick service.
JNJ Barbeque, Los Angeles, CaliforniaI live in the mid city area of Los Angeles and I have passed by this very famous barbeque restaurant on numerous occasions and finally got the chance and the opportunity to eat there.JNJ Burger & Barbeque was founded 23 years ago by Mr. J. Nelson Jr. who sadly passed away earlier this year, however, the legend and the delicious food lives on!During my dining experience, I was surrounded by a very nice painting dedicated to JNJ Burger & Barbeque and for Lunch, I had (2) Meat Combo Pulled Pork and Pork Ribs along with French Fries, Potato Salad and Wheat Bread. The Food was Delicious and Very Filling as well! One Thing for sure is that You Can Smell Their Barbeque Aroma Right From The Street which tells You Just How Good It Is Going To Taste once their Food Reaches Your Mouth.Furthermore, they are Definitely a Very Popular Restaurant because if You are ever in front of their establishment, You will Notice many customers and cars passing by asking if they are Open?Wow! What a Reputation!I am very Impressed by JNJ Burger & Barbeque and so will You!I want to personally Thank Karen and Nile for Inviting ME for a Very Fantastic and Delicious Lunch that I had earlier today back on Monday, October 9, 2017.Sincerely yours,Howard Paul ShoreVisitorExecutive, Volunteer Writer For Google And Tripadvisor Websites/HPS
Pulled pork and pastrami offerings here are really good... juicy, tender and good portions. They make custom burgers of the day that's worth checking out... but sometimes it seems they overdo it with the different combos and end up overwhelming your taste buds.
Yummy grindz when you can't make it out to Torrance or Shakas in Monterey Park. A good substitute!!!!
A little slow in getting my order. Only ordered spam musubi and 4 orders after mine came up before I got mine. Also what kinda joint that claims to be Hawaiian don't have loco moco??? SMH
I ordered their egg noodles with curry soup (Khao Soi) and it came in a huge portion. It was too sweet for my taste though.I'd recommend their pork bbq. It was great! Would've been better if I ordered sticky rice to go with it.They only accept cash, but there's an ATM available inside.
waiter was horrible, bad attitude rude, too pushi and almost throwing our food on the table after that the only one giving us service was the busboy, the only time he came back was after the manager brought our check, he was checking if we were gonna leave any tips , he saw there was not tips for him he told us smiling: the tip was not included and i told him about his bad attitude there for we were no leaving tips, he told us he didn't want to see our face again, i don't think the owner will approve this because he makes money selling food no tips from the serversFirst of all I've worked as food server and bartender for many years and supported my family relying on tips money , but always making sure i provided EXCELLENT SERVICE to my customers EARNING my tips, this guy just want tips with his bad attitude? no way!I ALWAYS TIP WELL SPECIALLY IF I GOT GOOD SERVICE FROM THE SERVERS AND BARTENDERS.And as the waiter told me , we are not coming back to this place!
This little bbq joint on Eagle Rock Blvd is spot-on. No reservation needed... order at the counter. We usually just get a tray o'meat and some sides, and it's all tasty (and I'm from the Midwest, so I'm picky about my 'cue). They serve beer here and usually have great tunes on. Family-friendly.
It is a nice place to hangout. I tried their pulled pork sandwich yesterday, which I think had a good quality meat. However, I didn't like meat's seasoning. Will try their pastrami sandwich next time.
Delicious sandwiches (especially pastrami), fun beer list and nice outdoor patio dining (it also has inside). Prices are reasonable, and it's a good hang. Recommended!
