they don't even deserve one star. there customer service really sucks. they don't want to work with you on payments, its all or nothing in there eyes. I was late for only $60 of my $430 payment & they were nagging & was act like everything I paid didn't mean anything unless it was the whole thing. I so cant wait until I pay off my loan & no longer have to deal with them. worse financial company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
������������HORRIBLE CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THEY ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB AND AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY...These company has the worst customer service. I paid off my account like two months ago and they still have it on my credit. Every time I call it a different excuse, I have spoken to 3 supervisor and 10 agents and my situation is the same. I am unable to get another loan because they are still reporting these account under my credit. But here is the kicker the s,s they have on file its not mine , but they are running it under my CREDIT amazing. Now I have to do all these other step call and wait and I did so I call and now I have to wait.

(DESERVES ZERO STARS) I paid online, per usual only to receive an error message from their site multiple times. I checked my bank account; low and behold,there was a pending transaction from Westlake Financial. I called the next business day (Monday) to obtain a confirmation number via phone since I didn't receive one online like I usually do, only to have a rep tell me there was no record of the payment. Keep in mind I have my statement with the pending transaction of my exact car note amount. I called back Tuesday after speaking with my banker only to have another rude rep tell me I hadn't paid. They had me fax my information to a closed department (doesn't make any sense). I FINALLY spoke with a supervisor and faxed the info to her, to which she said she'd call the following day. It's now Wed and the payment is still pending, several bankers have told me the funds have to withdrawn, it's a matte of the merchant accepting payment. I've told each rep and supervisor that I received multiple error messages while paying online and that I'd like their IT support and accounts made aware. They told me to pay an additional time because they can't do anything about the pending payment that has their company name attached with the amount. They're now giving me the run around and expect me to either wait additional days and be considered now 4 days delinquent or pay an additional $400 that I've already paid this past Sunday. They're beyond rude, have no sense of urgency and are illogical with their, "remedies". They have yet to speak with their IT about the errors I received. Upon faxing my bank statement to the supervisor, Jennifer she has yet to return my call after telling me she would speak with accounting after 24 hours. (Info faxed Tuesday 8/26 no results as of today the 27th) I don't want this affecting my credit!
Michael Mendoza is one of the many scamming coaches alive in Primerica. This company only relies on family and friends to suck in money. They tell you that they have this many programs that'll save you money but its all lies. They just want you to spend money right now so that they THEMSELVES can benefit from your money. Its a shame so many people had been effected by this company. These people are the most dishonest and rude people I've ever met. But they hide it under jokes and smiles..which doesn't work on me. Shame on you. Who in the right mind would want to use your loved ones to invest in this company and buy different policies from them when you could potentially harm them financially? If you love money that much over your close ones, then go for it. By all means take that dirty money and run with it. You can tell by Michael Mendoza's friends list, that he has a lot of contacts who are coming and going. He even posts status's saying we have lost a close friend of ours today but don't worry tomorrow is a better day. Such shame he tries to turn a scam into his own reality. All of his posts and what he says from his mouth is all narrow minded. He will not see out of the box. He breaths and eats Primerica.
I wanted to give the business no star rating but was forced to pick one,. the one star i picked is five stars too many. Do not deal with Westlake Financial. this company is the worst. they are rude, interrupt when you are talking, yell at me and hang up on me. i am not late with my payment. i called them for some information and got the run around, when i asked to speak to a supervisor i was told there weren't any. then the "gentleman" asked me what was wrong with me. me? he was the one interrupting me and asking me about a payment that is not due for another week. i left a message for a supervisor to call me back. they usually don't.
