I was delighted and most impressed with the services provided by Carolina at Feldmar! She adressed all of my questions and that provided me with excellent Insight and guidance for the ongoing care of my Rolex watch!Thank you, Carolina !
Marco helped me pick out the best watch for my Husband's birthday. Even though the watch was out of stock, he managed to go above and beyond to find one for me and have it delivered on time. I would highly recommend Feldmar to anyone that's looking for a nice classy, luxury watch for either themselves or as a gift. Amazing customer service and Marco is definitely the person you would want to go to.
Lorel Monroy helped me with a orbita watch winder purchase which she ordered for me. She is an amazing sales associate and very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and patient. I have been shopping at Feldmar Watch Company for a long time and I would never go anywhere else. I only go to Feldmar Watch Company for all my needs. Lorel has been assisting me for a long time and from the beginning, and when I come to this store I always ask for her since she is amazing. In general, everyone at Feldmar is very friendly, knoledgeable, helpful and patient and they know what they are doing. I also go there for servicing my watches and they do an amazing job with this as well. Lorel definitely deserves a raise and promotion and a bonus since she is so amazing! The customer service at feldmar is amazing and they are very honest as well. I bought a variety of products from there, everything from watches to watch winders and they have many other great products as well. Their showroom is also beautiful and very inviting. Please let Lorel know how amazing she is and also let her know about this review.

It's has been 1 year that I took in the 1967 Rolex 5513 Submariner that belonged to my wife's Grandfather in for a complete service and refresh. The transformation was amazing, I was very worried about taking this vintage timepiece in for repairs, but found many great reviews for them on the Rolex Forum and decided to give them a call, Talk to Advi, who was very professional and knowledgeable on vintage watches, so I brought my watch into them, we agreed what should be done and was quoted a price, 6 weeks latter I picked my watch up and what a great job or transformation they did, after 1 year the watch has not had a problem, after 7 days it has keep within 3 seconds from setting it.Thanks Edvi & Beau and all the Craftsman at ABC WatchWreksRobert Hicks
I sent my $11,000 2013 JLC Master Compressor to WCW to have a few light scratches buffed out and finished on the bezel and deploy clasp. What I got back was a nightmare. My watch (and especially the case which was in perfect condition) is ruined and I'm now in need of finding a professional refinishing house in the states to repair the damage to my watch. Eric at WCW said he wanted the watch back so he could see it himself, because everyone there said they could not believe the pictures i sent, and that the watch did not leave there looking that way. Would you send your $11,000 watch back under these circumstances? When I asked for my card to be credited back I was told no. Send it back, or there is nothing we can do is what Eric told me. Very poor business practices. If I ran my business that way I'd be out of business. I can't speak for their other services, but if your "Expensive" watch is in professional need of a polish and refinishing I highly recommend you do not send it here. I'm sure they will write some kind of snappy response saying they were willing to do everything blah blah blah, but you'd be wise not to listen and take my advice contained here in this review.
Thank you for the wonderful service today West Coast Watch. You brought my watch back to life!
I just recently bought a Rolex, and the timing was a bit fast. Instead of going thru the hassle of sending it in to Rolex directly I came here. From previous experience with Rolex it took MONTHS to have anything done with them. West Coast Watch was able to regulate my watch within 15 minutes or so and I was on my way with minimal charge. It was on the low end if you were to bring it to Rolex. This place is very clean and secured with cameras all around the office. If i ever needed to leave my watch here I would have no issue.
STAY AWAY! This was the most excruciatingly frustrating "business" experience I've endured. Movado, the HEADQUARTERS, out of state, for me, told me that this was the closest "service center" to me, as they (HEADQUARTERS) no longer had the three screws needed for the back of my five year old watch case. I called WCWSC and the man, who identified himself as the manager, told me to bring in my watch and he'd match up the screws, from their spare parts and inventory, that I needed. After driving an hour and a half through horrendous traffic, I found bullet proof glass, counter to ceiling, separating the public from the employees. A young woman appeared and I explained the situation, she took my watch and returned in less than a minute and told me that Movado doesn't have the screws available. I said, yes, that's what I had mentioined and that's, also, why your manager told me to bring it into you, as your manager would match up the screws from your inventory or spare parts. She informed me that they have no spare parts or screws. I asked her why her manager told me to come in and she said that she had called him and he told her that they have no spare screws. I, once again, asked why her manager asked me to drive all the way here? She said that she'd ask the female manager, who was in. The female manager told me that they don't have any spare parts, so I asked her to, please, just take out the one screw holding the back of the watch on and I'd take it home and just silicone the edges so that I don't lose the back when the last screw falls out. She told me that the last screw looks scratched and that she didn't want the responsibility of taking the back off. I mentioned that I don't want the back removed, just the screw and I'd take it off when I got home. Again, she refused, so I asked if I might, please, borrow the small screwdriver needed, in order that I could remove the screw, myself, and I'd be responsible. She told me that they don't lend tools. These people are THE ABSOLUTE WORST, MOST UNCOOPERATIVE, NON-CARING "people," that I've had the displeasure of attempting to do business. In my estimation, if you don't have a MAJOR repair, worth lots of $$$'s, or you don't wish to purchase a watch, they think of you as a nuisance to get rid of and send packing. They, in my estimation are non-caring, greedy "individuals," and I say "CAVEAT EMPTOR!"
