CVS, 1747 North Cahuenga Boulevard, Hollywood, California 90028 Treats Their Customers Very Bad And It Shows!What A Disappointment!I shop at various CVS locations because supposedly CVS is or was My Favorite Drug Store Chain, but at times I have My Doubts!Early this afternoon being Monday, May 14, 2018 at approximately 12:30 P.M., I went inside this store location because I needed to use the bathroom.The female representative at the front just told ME to go to the back of the store in Aisle 25. When I got there, Both Bathrooms had Fake Signs Stating That The Bathrooms Are Not Functioning!However, while waiting at the back of the store for assistance, some Female Management Employee comes up to ME and tells ME that the Bathrooms Are Functioning, however, I am required to leave my BAG at the Front Of The Store. I asked her to Show ME the Sign that States that I Need To Leave My Bag At The Front Of The Store and She Refused Stating that the Next Time I Come Into Her Store that I Will Be Required To Leave My BAG at the Front Of The Store once I Walk Inside!I told her that I am Not A Thief, nor have I Ever Stolen Anything In My Life and back home in Toronto, Ontario Canada No Drug Store and/or Chain Drug Store Ever Treats, "Nor Abuses Their Customers" Like I Have Been By This Female Employee!She Simply Did Not Care!I Honestly Felt as if I Was In A Prison or something because this is Not A Normal Procedure Conducted By CVS!When I went back to the front of the store I asked the available store employee to Show ME The Sign Stating That All Bags Are To Be Left At The Front Of The Store and she told ME that there is No Such Sign and I Even Looked Around Myself and Saw Absolutely Nothing!I take this Very Personal and sounds like I have been Racially Attacked and/or Discriminated for Invalid Reasons!I can Not Believe How CVS Can Allow Their Employees To Mistreat and Abuse Their Customers For Invalid, Untrue and/or Unnecessary Reasons!I guess I won't be going back to this CVS location anymore!Enclosed, in the attachments, please find some pictures of the store location for your reference and further review.Thank you.Sincerely yours,Howard Paul ShoreAngry And Upset CVS Customer/HPS

I honestly wouldn’t even give this place one star! The absolute worst service I have experienced anywhere. If you’re looking for a pharmacist that does not understand English, gives you an attitude because she can’t process the question you asked. I called this pharmacy to make sure they had tamiflu available for my doctor to send over a prescription and instead of answering my question she told me she would not administer anything without a script. Duh! She acted as if I was a tamiflu feen for it? When I called back to make sure my doctor was able to get the script over she couldn’t answer my question. I hung up because I was extremely frustrated but limited in options as my dr was off for the day so getting the script was already a task enough. When I finally got myself back together to call and ask a different way, I asked “Hi I called and spoke to you early about a tamiflu prescription” and before I could get out another word she asked me how many times I was going to call her, when I responded “as many times as it takes to make sure you received my prescription and we’re going to fill it?” She then hung up on me. There is a shortage on this medication right now so I was very limited in my options. If this is the case for you as well I promise it is not worth the hassle dealing with this woman. Everything about this place is sketchy!

I had a very positive experience at this pharmacy. I found a nice spot on the street, although they have parking in the lot too. The place is very welcoming. The pharmacist got my order ready called me and went over everything with me personally. He is very knowledgable in his area and beyond. I will def go back.
They were professional and answered all the questions. They had my prescription ready fast. Great pharmacy overall.

I Did Not Have A Very Good Rite Aid Shopping Experience!Back on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at approximately 12:30 p.m., I visited your local downtown Rite Aid store located at: 500 South Broadway Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90013 (213) 623-5820 and did Not Have A Very Good Rite Aid Shopping Experience.The Waiting Lines were Horrendous and Your Female Store Employee that was servicing ME could have Invited ME to come Right To The Front Of The Line and/or offered ME a Chair To Sit Down since she could see that My Right Foot Was All Bandaged Up Because I Am In Extreme Pain Just Above The Heel At The Back Of My Foot.Well It Gets Much Worst Than That: When I finally got to the Front Counter To Pay For My Things, I realized that I Did Not Have A Plastic Spoon For My Yogurt and I asked the Exact, Same Cashier If She Could Please Get Me A Plastic Spoon For My Yogurt since it was somewhat hard for ME to Walk Around In My Current Condition (in which she could clearly see).You know What Her Response Was? Answer: The Spoons Are At The End Over By The Ice Cream Counter And You Could Go And Get One Yourself!I was in Extreme Shock!After I Slowly Walked All The Way To One End Of The Store With My Right Foot That Is In Extreme Pain Just To Get A Plastic Spoon since Your Female Cashier Was Too Lazy And/Or Selfish To Do So for ME on my behalf based on My Current Condition, I then asked to speak to her Manager to File A Complaint.When her Male Manager came over to ME, he did Absolutely Nothing About The Situation!
