The worse customer service ever. Please check some YELP review which was not recommend by YELP as owner is a Paid Member of YELP. Tones of School kids working at these Place, went to drop of Zappo Returns due to my printer error i took it to drop off at this store #0012 on Pico Blvd.Douche Owner routed me to use Public computer and pay $2.00 for a piece of paper, i email them before went to the store, but douche did not print as i was willing to pay $ cash. He insist to use my Credit card using to rent the computer.I found cross the street Printing Place very professional and print out my label free and gave me a drop off receipt.. I came in to drop off some packages and have a document notarized. The notary told me this could not be done because the wording was incorrect for California. I became upset and explained that I was trying to get the document notarized because my mother was DEAD and the county clerk in NJ assured me the wording would be acceptable. She told me similar documents had been notarized in every state in our nation. As I became upset the notary told me I was no longer welcome in the store. I replied that I hoped when HIS mother died someone treated him with the same compassion he extended me. At this point he told me to fucking shut up and began to come around the counter at me. If his coworker had not stopped him I feel confident he would have assaulted me. The notary in this store is a hateful man full of vitriol and not one drop of compassion.
There is a reason there are so many negative reviews about this UPS Store location on Yelp & 3 here on The Yellow Pages, specifically mentioning the bald gentleman who apparently is the owner/operator. I've never been spoken to so disrespectfully by someone in a customer service position, he went as far as to actually cuss at me during his temper tantrum. If you have had a similar experience with this location, I highly recommend calling the UPS customer relations department and file a complaint (800)789-4623 customerrelations@upssto…. A poor Yelp review only goes so far, but if corporate gets enough official complaints then maybe there can finally be some accountability. There are 1 star reviews dating back to 2008 on Yelp, so obviously this man has been allowed to act this way for a decade now.
I arrived promptly for an interview. I used public transportation. The gate guard stated that interviews were at least 2 miles away. My computer told me that the interview address was 4700 S. Eastern Ave. I was dressed in a suit. I went to the other interview location, and I seemed totally overdressed. I was told that I was overdressed. I was dismissed and told that a UPS interview does not require a suit. We are trained in our work start program to dress for success. I dressed like it was an interview with a Federal agency. This is not a compliant, but a note instead to bring to attention that some interviewees are likely to ignore parking directions as they take public transportation. I CAN do the job. I'm sorry that I missed an interview with such a good company. I worked in a brickyard for approx. a year and my boss liked my work a lot before a lay off happened to our labor crew. NH
Service was great , received my container on time . Highly recommend UBOXIT containers ,very affordable and happily putting my storage shed to use . No more clutter inside my home. I love that it's weather proof , keeps my valuable items damage-free .
Bad customer service. I have been waiting for my package for over two weeks. I've tried to contact them to see when they will deliver but they do not email back or answer their customer service line
I had a very bad experience with UPS.I lost my valuable documents .Driver left my packet in front of my door though the packet was marked as signature drop off and it was lost..

THEY WON'T CHANGE UNLESS WE SPEAK UPNot only is this service hugely overpriced for hosting photos and video media because they have monopolized the official breakdowns, but the video service is appalling.I uploaded a one minute reel and had to call 3 times because they compressed my video and the sound sync was thrown off and highly pixelated.My girlfriend just went through a similar issue where a highly pixelated video was uploaded, and they didn't upload the second video she sent and didn't send any notification.They take advantage of the fact that actors are forced to use their service, and provide terrible overpriced service. What they need to realize is for actors, this is an extremely important marketing tool, not a hobby for most of us, and a necessary tool that actors and agents alike are forced to use to submit.Also, a major flaw is the force you to crop to their size on photos.
