Purchased the ticket on Greyhound.com. Bus driver refused to honor it (apparently another carrier) saying greyhound should not have sold the tickets and he rejects those daily. Was stuck on the bus stop at 1:30 am, without any support from Greyhound.Greyhound refused to rectify the situation - called them 3 times.Filing complain with US DOT.

The employees were rude an disrespectful , the treated people like we were bothering them with out concerns, I am a paying customer they should treat me like a customer should be treated .. I had problems with the lockers and they acted like there wasn't anything they could do and almost made me miss my bus .. I will not recommend greyhound bus to anyone

On business card and website shows the bus schedule to start at 4:30am to San ysidro. However this is NOT TRUE bus leaves at 6:30am. Please note that the miss leading information can be extremely dangerous. This is not the nicest part of town. Thankfully one of the employees opened the terminal door at 5am or wait for 2 hrs. The most disappointing part was the service from the employee that opened the door.We informed him of the posted schedule and his attitude was very poor saying not to believe posted info. and basically it was our owned fault for believing the posted info. on business card. We told him if we would have known we would have tried another transport company such as greyhound. He tells us that our business was not needed and that we should have gone with them we would have already gotten to San ysidro. Really disappointed in hearing that respond after being out in the cold due to the misleading info.Not recommend try another alternative bus transportation.

Una decepción, mala administración, y personal muy poco amable. Gente que no sabe vender y dar los boletos para transbordar, perdimos casi dos días tratando de arregler el problema, y con una actitud déspota muy poco amable y eso incluye a algunos conductores.
