I purchased an item from them online and the item was defective. I shipped the item back for a refund, with insurance and a tracking number, but they still haven't acknowledged receipt or provided a refund in the past two weeks. I would definitely say buyer beware before considering purchasing from them.
Stay away from them, they dont have any grade A or B or D phones as they say, they only have grade Z.Many broken, water damaged and missing parts.No returns, no refund no nothing.
Creepy is the best way to describe everyone in this store, and my experience with them.Took my SENS cheapo tv in on Monday, 6/29; it wouldn't turn on. Parked in the back lot, and carried my TV inside. The creepy man who was googling a schematic didn't even look up, or acknowledge me as a human. When I said "excuse me, can I get this looked at?", he pointed his finger to another door without saying a word. So I go thru the door and get to the rude woman. The rude woman who sits in front said it usually takes 1 or 2 days to diagnose a problem, but they would call me the next day (Tuesday). So on Wednesday afternoon, (now 2 days later), I call and ask about it; the rude woman says they're short staff and will try to get to it. I call on Thursday, and nobody picks up the phone. Friday I go in to pick it up, same back door entrance. The same creepy man is there; I explain I want my TV back, as they haven't looked at it yet, I'm trying to run a business, have someone who will do it today. He says, "we haven't looked at it; been busy; can't give it back to you". I say "excuse me?". He tells me they're not open; the computer is not up yet; there is paperwork to fill out and he can't do it. I say "give it back to me and I'll come back whenever you want and we'll do the paperwork". He won't budge; short of committing a felony, I reluctantly leave saying "I'll be back in on Monday morning to pick it up".Monday 8:30 I call; the rude woman answers. I explain what happened; "you told me you'd let me know in a day; I just want it back - its a week now". She proceeds to argue the point with me: "I distinctly remember I told you 24 - 48 hours". I said "Its been a week!" She said "you better let me check on it - you never know, we might have diagnosed it". I stated "I just want to come in and pick it up; I want my $50- fee refunded; I don't want to waste the time to go to small claims court for 50 bucks. Just tell me what time I should come in".What she then said everyone should know: "I've been to small claims court so many times - you signed a piece of paper that said the $50- was non-refundable". I guess that says it all - this has happened "so many times".Stay away from this place!Not coincidentally, she said they did do the diagnosis (I wonder when); it needs a new power board - $52- parts and $80- labor; I said I would pass on that (the board is $13- on Amazon).The last insult I note is that when I went in to pick up the TV, I asked for a copy of the diagnostic (which I paid for), because I wanted to see the part #. The rude woman said it is "company policy" not to give copies of the diagnostics if someone doesn't do the repair.Creppy place; creepy people. I hope nobody goes there; this obviously happens "so many times". Stay away!
