Horrible!! Screwed up my order. Called me on the day of my pickup to tell me my order wasn't going to be filled. I had to paint my mannequins to make them the correct color. The head was missing on one and I had to go back across town to get another one. Then their version of compensation was to offer me $30 refund on an order that was $1000. These guys are not interested customer service just in taking your money and hoping you will never come back. Well I won't bother doing that.

This is one of the nicest displays store in downtown l.a. Most of the stores there arent as organized as sp display is, also the employees there are very nice. i recommend anyone to stop there for a quote on anything they need. prices are very competitive with all these shops there but they won me over with their service and they gave me a good discount so i'll be buying my things there more often like shopping bags and accessory displays. and they have alot of nice mannequins for people looking for some.
I just opened a small store (my 1st one) and i was told there was alot of store fixture places in downtown l.a. I walked into this place SP DISPLAY simply because they have a good view on san pedro st and the store is VERY organized. They have ALOT of variety of items i needed. Also the employees are very very helpful and very kind. They took the time to list everything i needed and gave me an excellent deal. So then i went next door to compare prices and let me say this right now DO NOT GO TO THE OTHER PLACE. they are extremely rude. They simply did not care i was there. They were ignoring me and when i asked for help they gave me attitude. I dont understand how they can run a business like that. And their store is a MESS. they dont even have good selection on mannequins they look very low quality. And theyre not willing to work out the price. Very bad experience. So i just went back to SP DISPLAY and placed my order. They actually offered to deliver my order absolutely FREE. how great is that. All tbe items i bought were perfect condition and especially the mannequins. They have a very good selection with great price. I highly recommend anybody thats looking for good products good prices and good customer service to go to SP DISPLAY and see for yourself how nice these people are and its just an awesome experience. They work with you and do not pressure u. They are honest people. Theyll take care of you. Im looking forward to visit them again in the future. My business looks terrific really nice fixtures. So give them a try you WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.
