Cathedral Of Our Lady Of The Angels, Los Angeles, CaliforniaThe reason of Why I went to the church service today is because Jose Jordan lost his partner Russell Knight back on Sunday, November 27, 2016, there was a Special Service that was Reserved for Russell Knight, however, during the service they did Not Mention His Name, but the service was absolutely and totally Reserved In His Name for the Remembrance Of His Death. They even had his name written in their Notebook as well with Jose Jordan's name mentioned too since he is the only close survivor known to Rusty Knight.Furthermore, I was the only one who showed up for this Very Special Service today at 12:10 p.m. back on Monday, November 27, 2017. I just want to personally Thank Father David Gallardo for providing a wonderful service today in memory of Russell Knight.Sincerely yours,Howard Paul ShoreVisitorExecutive, Volunteer Writer For Google And Tripadvisor Websites/HPS
I've been parking here for years and have usually been pretty happy, but they have gone way downhill and I will have to find a new place to park. Both elevators were out of service when we arrived on Friday meaning you have to go back to the far end of the garage and take two different elevators to get to ground floor. They had signs on the elevators saying that parts were on the way and elevators would be back in service soon. We flew back into LAX after midnight on Sunday and waited almost an hour and never got picked up. Texted 3 times. Tried calling, but no one answered. Finally took the Crowne Plaza shuttle. Once again, both elevators out of service. Walked by the office on the way to the far elevators and there is a manager in the office. The door was locked, but he opened it when I pounded on it and had no explanation for not answering the phone. He said that as of the 23rd, they were only allowed to pick up on the upper level. This was not mentioned in the text replies or on the recording when I called. And all the other parking lots were still picking up on the lower level.I called the next day and spoke to an assistant manager who was no help at all. He offered a vague apology, but nothing else. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn't authorize it. I asked to speak to the general manager and he was not available. Left my name and number, but of course, he never called.
I showed up at this facility with a valet reservation before a late night flight. I waited in the valet bay for 10 minutes for someone to help me, but they just kept walking past helping other customers. I finally asked someone what was going on and they told me I had to go inside. I went inside and waited another 5 minutes in line only to be told that I needed to wait outside for someone to help me. Grrrr. And they didn't even offer a discount after it took me 20 minutes to to drop my car off at valet. I will not be going back here.
Car was damaged, vandalized and robbed. Terrible company. You are safer parking your car on the street.
Someone broke into my car here and all of the cameras in the garage are broken - despite signs that say otherwise. So five stars if you're looking for a place to either sleep at night or to key some cars!
This is the 2nd time I've parked here & I was running late due to a move. I parked on 6/19 around 7:30-8pm. The shuttle driver who's name was Effey? was extremely accommodating, saying that he would take me right away. Especially since my terminal is at the end on terminal 6. I was the only one on the shuttle so I got dropped off right away. He went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly for me & I felt bad that I couldn't tip him very well. Hopefully I'll be able to catch him on my return.
First understand that I am writing this as a preferred member who pays for the privilege of parking here and using the Valet service. Nevertheless I will never use this privilege again because WallyPark cannot and will not protect your car, and does not care in the least about any damage done to your vehicle on their premises. In November 2012 I parked here and returned from a trip to find a nail embedded into the tire of my SUV. I went to the dealership and paid for a brand new tire. Since I could not absolutely say for sure that the tire damage as the result of parking at Wally Park, I did not say anything. A month later, in December 2012, I again used the Valet service at Wally Park. This time I actually inspected my tires upon leaving the car, joking with my children about the likelihood that I would get a nail in my tires (I never in a million years actually thought that it would possibly happen again, it was just a joke). When I returned from this second trip the kids and I examined the tires (continuing our joke) and lo-and-behold there was another nail (a screw actually) in the same tire I had just replaced. This time I was angry and I pointed it out to the on-site manger and filled out a claim. I again had to replace my tire. Wally Park denied the claim saying that they are not "in any way negligent or responsible for this damage." They clearly have a problem with vandals leaving nails in the tires of vehicles that are parked here, particularly through their Valet service, and are unwilling to do anything about it. If you wish to pay for the privilege of parking here, with a generous tip, as I previously did, and then having to pay to replace your tires -- then by all means please do. I will take my business to a similar or more inexpensive lot where my vehicle and tires are kept safe.
DO NOT park here! This place is overly cramped and staffs aren't friendly at all. The owner is arrogant and rude. Be very careful what you put in the car. I had my GPS stolen there and they denied it. There's a more roomier parking a block away. This was the worst place I have ever parked. It was the most unpleasant experience.
