Got this off Groupon. I had researched other offers and the common issue was a consultation/treatment and then an upsell. I called and the staff assured me that unlike others, they would honor the Groupon price for any further treatment. The first time was great, no complaints. I bought the "prescribed" snake oil topical for $40 and set my next appointment. I drove an hour and twenty minutes to Century City, parked underground in that subway system they have(no validation of course). Sat down for the next treatment and was told it would be almost three times the Groupon price and that I was wrong. "There was no way the staff would have said that" I was haggled down to $100 then said screw it, I will take my business elsewhere.
