In the name of GMX Motorsports Management we would like to extend our apologies the situation as you described hasn’t happen before to any of our customers and we truly regret it ever did. We have been in business for over 10 years and are always able to fix issue as you have described, as long as your truck was in good condition to start with we work under the understanding that our customers know that all the products we sell are aftermarket made to fit and we are not a repair base auto shop. All of our installers have years of experience and have work on cars similar to yours on a daily basis. Again, do accept our apologies and know that as a business we offer a 3 month warranty on most of products and all of our work. In any case do keep in mind that all products we sell are brand new and never been used if any defects are present when we open the boxes our costumer have the right to ask for a different product.
I am giving this particular visit from Sears 4 stars only because they Finally sent out a Technician who was able and willing to fix the problem with my water heater. Having an extended warranty has become a joke. In the past 7 months, I've had 4technicians come out. The 1st ran a scam on me & told me call him directly next time - twice in the Spring. Since October, 3 visits, 2 technicians. Warranty didn't cover repairs needed for 1st & 2nd visit. Had the repairs done that were supposed to fix the issue. Last week, again no hot water. Finally, someone who was capable to fix the problem by testing the mechanism and replaced it. I will not purchase Sears extended warranties again. They used to not only diagnose, but, make the repairs.
On July 8, 2016, I had workmen from your company come to my house to repair my washer and dryer. Given my past experiences with workers in the washer and dryer area. I was not looking forward to this. Too often, I've dealt with dishonest or unfriendly people. I have to say, however, that I am extremely pleased both with the worker who came and with the quality of the job he produced. He was efficient, friendly, polite, and they thoroughly cleaned up after himself when he the job was completed. Best of all, the washer and dryer are running like new. I will be happy to recommend the technician to anyone I know who might need similar work done. Sincerely, Joyce
Nice guys and very helpful. One time i got a small little electrical problem with my g35. Problem was with the Plug of air intake sensor. I was trying to find a plug by myself in dealership but they are dont have those kind of things, and auto markets parts thru Ebay either, the same codes and huge shaking. Then i had a meet with only one store of ICarpart who i found online thru the google search and really help. They gave the right part and good price for my car plus right sensor too. I really happy to fix my car i hardly recommend to check their store for your car. Thx!

This is the second time this young man fixed my washer. He was on time. He explained what happen and why it happen. He made sure I understood what he had done before he left my house. It would make life easier if they had more hard workers like thiis young man.
They should close down this shop ! Im fileing a lawsuit i took them my car to fix it and they left it worse the engine blew when i was takeing it home and they dont answer my calls and they dont want to take responsibility of it even though they gave me warranty
I had pretty much written Sears off with a history of horrible customer service and repair and know-nothing technicians. But my recent washer repair was excellent despite having my appointment being changed via email without the courtesy of a call.
I had annual maintenance done to the HVAC system. I appreciate the straight forward, no fear tactic of Sears. I will continue to use Sears for all my appliance repair. Wish they serviced Sub-Zero as these repair guys always try to over-charge!
Very happy with my Sears tecnician came on time showed up nicely clean and smelling good took care of my dryer in no time explaind the problem and had the part ready to start working on a Saturday morning thank you mr Luis
