Good Morning,Two months ago, Claudia had a traffic accident near the city of Jalpa, where two people sadly died. This event is an emotional, psychological drama that will leave indelible marks for the rest of Claudia's life. Obviously, the misunderstanding of the processes, the follow-up, the court hearings, the language barrier, a different culture regarding the laws, the waiting for an agreement, made the level of emotional stress among others increase for Claudia. But, happily, Claudia had taken out auto insurance with a very good company at the time of entering Mexico. In the same way, a few hours after the accident an attorney from the insurance company took over Claudia's case. We want on behalf of Claudia and on behalf of the family, to convey our sincere thanks to Vladimir for his work in Claudia's case, for his involvement, for his willingness to conclude an agreement between the two parties, and for having involved a member of the family for translation, either by the hearings in front of the judge or by the information with Vladimir and Gladis.
