        This place is horrible and ful...

        This place is horrible and full of a bunch of lying cheating scum bags. For proof just read the BS return policy on the counter. I purchased a Bluetooth headset in this store today that looked like it may have been returned before, but was still full price. The associate took it out of the package to pair it with my phone. An hour later I was trying to finish getting it set up and realized the ear attachment on the back was broken so I could not wear it. I took it back with my receipt and they told me that I could not return it because the package was open and I had left the store. They told me I had to file a claim with the manufacturer. When i said i wanted to talk to their main boss Tyrone he chickened out and told his store manager to tell me he was in a meeting. Verizon is a good company that I have been loyal to for many years, but I do not understand why they continue to work with lying cheating crooked third parties as "authorized retailers." I filed a complaint with Verizon and I would highly discourage anyone fom buying something from any PCS Express location!
