Great place to catch a drink and have a bite before or after seeing a movie at Arclight. Love the low-key vibe and food is perfect for sharing.

I love this place. It’s such a pleasant change from all of the fluff and cheese of the LA bars on Sunset. It’s a bar. A straight up simple bar with a good vibe, cool booths and delicious mixed drinks. I love that there’s a juke box and that it has an old-world feel to it. Personally, I think it’s far and away one of the coolest places in the area.

Ate there for first time at 2am after a Saturday night on the town, and all I can say is: Goodbye 101 and goodbye Fred 62s, I have a new favorite late night stop! Of course since I was at THE WAFFLE for the first time I ate waffles and they were amazing, I had them pecans, lots of butter and syrup and they were out this world. Fresh and delicious!

The staff is super friendly, the lay out perfect (they even have an upstairs bar, with flat screen and all), and the location couldn't be better! As long as they keep it up I will promote this place, because I have been regular at both the 101 and Freds for years, and each time I go, I leave feeling I overpaid, for crappy food and crappy service, but now I have found the perfect alternative!

Went there on a weekend. Had to sit outside where they "forgot" about us and the other couple for 25 mins. Then our food arrived very cold and we had to wait to get utensils. Service was bland. Waffles were hard. We were so disappointed and highly unimpressed.
