Enjoyed the spa, hot oil head massage is ok, should be more personalized rooms do not have a separate private bathrooms and we have to go to ladies bathroom, that's too far ! Selection of magazines could be better

I have been to the Ritz many times over the last couple of years...sometimes for breakfast, occasionally for drinks and often for dinner.

Each time, the ambiance and service have left a good impression. I will leave separate reviews for their restaurants, bars and coffee shops and suffice to say here that this is a solid addition to downtown LA hospitality options
