Spearman Better Health Center

Dr. Spearman is great. Not only does he do chiropractic adjustments (and you can request gentle or more aggressive adjustments), he does muscle release and balancing, helps you with nutrition and suggests supplements that will support the body in functioning at its best. What is interesting to me is that he does things like looks back at physical trauma a patient may have experienced in the past and he has ways of releasing locked-up energy from those injuries. Dr. Spearman also published a book called Change Your Posture, Change Your Life! Which has helped me to be aware of my posture and helped me to make some important corrections that support my body.
