Total Rip Off

Besides being one of the only places near my neighborhood that fixes JL audio, Solutions never fails to do great work. Ill take time on this review because they fixed a unit (that no one could) which belonged to a family member who handed it down to me. It was an old cellestion that i couldnt find a service center for for so long.The people are so nice there and they serviced my 20,000$ sound system in less time than any other company has in LA. They only use the best materials and have connections to all of the big companies so they only do the finest work.

I work for a recording studio in Beverly Hills and we always have problems with electronics here. We always take all of our equipment to Solutions and we've been loyal customers for about 5+ years now. They help us with anything and everything, keep in contact, theyre friendly, personable, and when they make a promise to have something finished on a certain day, they do it.

Got a really nice bose sound system as a birthday gift last year but my son dropped milk in it...the wires/inner board were completely ruined and fried so i took it to Solutions on sunset blvd (referred to by many of my musician friends). Took them only couple of days to complete it. Cleaned it, replaced parts, tested it with the right equipment. I love it..Hasnt broken down since and it sounds better than before. whatever theyre doing over there, theyre doing it right or else they wouldnt be in business for 39 years.....VERY recommended & VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. Great service!

Solutions has been around for a long time. I used to rent DJ lights and speakers from them when I was in Jr. High in order to dj school dances. I recently started DJing weddings and I needed to rent some lights. I looked up Solutions and they were still in business. Not only were they still in business, it was the same guy named Stan running the shop. The staff is great and very knowledgeable about A/V equipment.

I bought an old beat up portable record player/speaker at a thrift store and noticed that its motor sped up and slowed down randomly. I brought it to Solutions, and it was running perfectly in no time. I was a bit frustrated when the repair fee turned out to be three times as much as I paid for the record player in the first place (i got it for about $40), but it was worth it... When it quit running a couple months later, I got really mad and called Solutions thinking I'd have to argue and haggle to get a reasonable re-repair. Silly me! They not only fixed it for free, but worked on it a little and made it sound better than ever! I'm listening to Arthur Alexander right now, and my record player finally does him justice.
