Stop Going Home Alone

Hey guys, I know there are many of you out there who wish they could go out and pick up any woman they wanted. Well, I'm here to tell you can. I am holding a 2 day Bootcamp on January 22nd and 23rd. The bootcamp involves me teaching you ways to get women attracted and how to turn that into lays or relationships. I've been where most of you have been, wishing I could score the hottest women. NOW YOU CAN. The bootcamp is $500 and I will be limiting it to no more than 5 people. These spaces will fill quickly. EMAIL at datingguruchris@yahoocom. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

I'm never going back here again. I've never had such a bad experience at a club in my LIFE. WOW.. we thought we'd have a great night but man was I wrong. First of all the staff is EXTREMELY rude. They act like this place is the hottest thing to ever happen to the Sunset strip. Meanwhile, its the worst club I've ever been to in Hollywood. If you want to sip on watered down drinks, pay $20 for parking, get assaulted by bouncers just to dance to outdated lame music with fugly cougars then this is your scene. Otherwise go to another club where they DESERVE your business. I give this place a few months tops to change ownership because whatever they're doing now isn't going to help them survive.

This venue is BEAUTIFUL

I went to Social Hollywood for a private event and was taken by the amazing service and ambiance. The food was great and the cocktails were to die for. I went back for dinner and received the same AMAZING service. Definitely check it out.

Worst Service

What a mess. I have never been to an establishment of this caliber and price tag with such terrible service. We went there to Valentines Day and waited 1:15 min after our reservation time. The cocktail waitress spilled our drinks on our lap. Several items on the menu were not available. After we complained the manager offered us some bottled water which we were billed for $40.00 to be exact. I felt so taken advantage of. This place is typical of your Hollywood shishi restaurant that has no concept of return clientele. They are in it for the short term and what ever they get you for is fine. Their attitude is like they could give a damn if you return. I think one star is generous.

A Night to Forget

Citrus at Social failed its patrons on Valentine's Day for the following 5 reasons.
1. I placed a reservation two weeks ahead of time for 9pm. I was not seated until 10:20pm after being told at 8:50pm it would only be a few moments
2. A glass fell in the foyer at 9:15pm. It was not cleaned up for 30 minutes. And by cleaned up I mean kicked under the table.
3. Items on the prix fixe menu were unavailable. How do you run out of things on a prix fixe menu.
4. After being sat an hour and twenty minutes late, It took another 30 minutes to even see a speck of food.
5. No consolation was offered for our extended wait

Please do not let this happen to you. Avoid this place until they get new managers or at least some courteous ones.

Totally average bar - nothing special about it

I have been to Social Hollywood three times, so this review comes from an average of experiences, not just one bad night - this ""club"" is one of the most BORING places in Los Angeles! There is a bar downstairs which is usually empty so there is no point in going down there unless you need to use the restroom (which has a long line, anyway), and the upstairs part of the venue is lame! There is ONE room to dance in, and it's the smallest of the three rooms upstairs. The other two rooms just have couches and chairs and a pool table - don't ask me what a pool table is doing in a place like this. But regardless, I am always bored within an hour of arriving at SH, and I always end up leaving to go next door to Boulevard 3 - an actual good club!

Horrible customer service!

I went to Citrus Social with a party of 11 for a 30th birthday dinner/party this weekend. Upon entering the restaurant, our party was directed to the ""bistro bar"" where they had two dinner tables set up for us. Initially, we were confused about our placement but didn't want to give the restaurant too hard of a time. As dinner progressed, people started trickling in and the music was turned up (blasting!). At this point, we felt like we were eating dinner in the middle of a club. After dinner, we were asked to move over to the actual restaurant area (where we shouldve been placed initially) for dessert in order to clear the area for other patrons who were there for the bar. My friends were upset about the entire experience and decided to talk to the manager to complain about the situation. Upon making reservations, we were not informed that our party was not going to be placed in the actual restaurant. The manager and event coordinator were not apologetic or remorseful for the awful experience. They didnt acknowledge that they had dissatisfied customers or that it was for a special event. My friends and I are not strangers to fine dining or the overall LA scene. We have NEVER witnessed such rude customer service by a restaurant, let alone one where you just spent close to $1000.00 on dinner. I must say that the overall ambiance of the place is nice/elegant...but the manager's arrogance, attitude, and dismissive behavior will definitely prevent me from ever stepping foot in that place again. AND...on top of it all, the food wasn't good at all. The waitress ranted and raved about their fries/frites, but trust me -- you can get the same thing at Fatburger. You are not missing out. If you want to be treated without respect, go to this restaurant.
