Please do not rent this hall. It's a big hall but the service sucks and the hall is infested with ants. The air conditioner doesn't work and they don't have seat covers in the restrooms. They only allow you 1 hour before the event day to decorate. And on the day of event they open the doors 1 hour prior to your party start time and to top it off the owner was was late and only gave us 30 min to finish decor and bring in food prior to the party start time. I complained to him and he said u already decorated last night, I don't know what else you need to bring in. The owner is very very rude and stayed during my party just to be nosy. He was picky about everything. He was in the kitchen looking and controlling the way we served food, went thru all the candy at candy table because gum is prohibited in the hall. The security walked around hall all night carding people. Making guests feel uncomfortable. They monitored our party and we weren't even allow to keep recycables.This place sucks

Dont trust the person in charged. Terrible experience at this place. Food was not the amount of what we paid. Waiters were not wearing uniforms, our pictures were not printed on our most memorable day and aside from that he cancelled our photo shoot with out any noticed. Only send a text hours after the appt time. Soooo unprofessional!!

Horrible place to have a party at! The service sucked! Manager or whoever he was is rude and disrespectful! Stopped the party out of no were and kicked everyone out. Plus, he was all up in the guests faces. The bartender he provided kept saying there was no more alcohol when in reality they had them hidden under the bar like planning to steal them! Will never go to any party held there nor will I ever plan to have a party there. They should seriously close this place down. Don't recommend this place to anybody wanting to have a party. Go somewhere else!!!!!

BAD SERVICE!!! First of all, the owner or manager should have more manners or get rid of the manager. He was rude to the guests, cocky, and didn't even look professional. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Bartender greeted me rudely and didn't want to give me what I wanted. It was super hot in there and the service was just bad. Enjoy and make your parties somewhere else because this place is just BAD!
