bad customer service

I tried to replace my power-chair wheel and have them made a quote. They charge me half of the price before the order the wheel. The factory is local and they said I should hear about it in 2 weeks. However, nobody call me in 2 months. I called them and the girl told me she will give me a call back in 1 hour. That was a Friday. However, nobody called me in the whole day. I had to call them next Monday because they don't open on weekends. Another guy picked up my call and told me there was a problem in the order and the thing will ship in 2 weeks. I asked what was the problem and he didn't give any direct answer. \nIt's 2 and a half months now and I am still not replace my wheel but I had paid half of the price already!!!!\nBad service.

I'm from Las Vegas and I need ...

I'm from Las Vegas and I need to rent a scooter for my mother. I called Pico Medical and and spoke with one of the customer service rep. They were so knowledgeable and ask the right questions to make sure my mother was fitted for the right type of scooter. It took less than 30 min. to set up everything and they offer delivery. I recommend Pico Medical as a "GO TO medical store"! Their prices are low!!!!

I have been going to Pico Medi...

I have been going to Pico Medical for years. My parents went there for my grandparents and I am now going for my parents. They've always been very helpful and courteous.

My first visit to their store was very pleasant, the girl that helped me was very knowledgeable with the products and with the Medicare paperwork.

If you want things done right when it comes to insurance, I highly recommend this place!!!
