Great experience!

Went to see West Side Story and was very impressed. The show was amazing! Our seats were great for being in the second to last row in Mezz. I don't think you could have a bad seat here. I would highly recommend this venue. Parking just across the street and reasonable. I can't wait for my next visit! Oh, make sure you are early!! Show starts right on time!

WICKED is wicked!

I recently saw Wicked at Pantages. I highly recommend to everyone to go and see it, before it leaves. My only complaint is, that there are too many people that come late, and they are allowed to be seated 15mins after the show started.

Coolest Theatre in LA

I love the Pantages. If you're going to see a show in LA, I say see it here. This is truly one of my favorite places in LA: Great Ambience, not a bad seat in the house, and one of the coolest interiors of any theatre you've ever been in, it's like going back in time. In any case, don't take my word for it, check it out!

I've never had a bad seat.

I've been going to the Pantages since I was a teenager in the 80's when I saw ""Beatlemania"" . Most recently, I saw Wicked here only a couple of months ago, and I'll be going again in August. The restoration project brought the theater back to its wonderfully designed and gilded self. From the details in the lobby to the comfortable red velvet chairs in the the theatre, they did a marvelous job. Best of all, I've never had a bad seat here. Even if you never see a show here...they do architectural tours. It's definitely worth seeing.

Very Nice Theatre...

This is a nice theatre, it is well ran. The people are freindly and are willing to guide you to where you need to be. Great place to see a play. Like the ""Lion King"" but you better hurry, the play will be moving on soon. The only thing I would say are the seats need to be more of a comfort.

A Night at the Theatre

I have seen quite a few musicals at the Pantages, and each one is a fun and unique experience for myself. I was never into theatre, but I was asked to see ""The Phantom of the Opera"". We had tickets close toward the stage, and I must say I had a blast. It was fun because I could see the performers acting and singing.

Seating is nice and comfortable, and I never had any trouble asking for assistance if I needed anything. During Intermission, refreshments are sold near the entrance. The lines can get a little long.

Super Venue

The Pantages is as much a part of the show as The Lion King itself. Easy to envision the Academy Awards back in the day at this beautiful landmark.

Perfect Theater

The money spent to renovate this theater prior to the current run of the Lion King was verty well spent. If you could see the before and after... The lobby will make your jaw drop and your head tilt back. Every seat inside has a great view. The joint is packed with history as well (Oscars were here for a short stretch...)

Magnificent Madness

This is without doubt one of the most insanely splendid theaters I've ever been in -- and I've been in quite a few. ""Ornate,"" ""Art Deco,"" ""baroque"" -- none of these terms can begin to describe what a spectacle this place is -- it's tempting to go and skip the show altogether, just so you can take in the incredible intricacies of the restored space and its many many many decorative flourishes.
