These guys are by the book 100% of the way. I believe this is how an attorney should operate.
1.24/7 assistance just in case an emergency pops up.
2.Be honest with you from the beginning so you do not waste your time
3. Tell you a concrete plan of action so you can put trust in them
Pacific Attorney Group did this for me in 6 months. Highly recommend.
Pacific Attorneys saved my tail. I didn't know what I was going to do when my injuries prevented me from going to work for months. When I enlisted their help, I was crossing my fingers and praying to whatever God there is for a miracle. I had high hopes that someone out there could deliver some help. I was struggling very badly.
Pacific Attorneys gave me the opportunity to financially support myself again, when I thought I was no longer able. They were great from beginning to end.. helping me mentally recover as well with their strong communication everyday. I would recommend the Pacific Attorney team to everyone.
Pacific Attorney Group worked with me very closely after my car accident. They kept me in the loop about the entire process, making me feel like I had a fighting chance. One of my biggest pet peeves is communicating my own fate to me or just communicating in general. Linda was exceptionally vocal with me and offered me her personal cell phone number, so I really appreciated her prompt responses. I recommend these Attorneys for attentiveness.
Great attorneys that were very prompt with replying to all my status updates and questions. They provided me with their personal cell phone numbers so I would be able to get a hold of them 1 on 1 if something was urgent enough. Very professional and accommodating group of attorneys. I highly recommend them.
Hiring Pacific group was one the best decisions I have ever made with my motorcycle accident. They were extremely professional, courteous, and hands on with me. They were experts in handling my case within a timely manner. I am forever grateful to them for taking care of me.
The case managers were always on time and worked everything out smoothly. i did shop around before but the staff is friendly and get the job done. My accident was in 2014 but I just never got around to leave a review or creating account..Happy with the overall settlement.
My Dad has had a case going on with them since 2013 with nothing good coming from it. They do not get in touch with us, their assistants are continuously getting changed/quitting/fired. I called them a few months ago and emailed them just to find out my dads case was settled by everyone whom answered the phone but I was never able to speak to anyone to get information as all the did was transfer the phone to another person. I called again yesterday as well as today and have left my contact information for the Attorney, Brian Andrews, and have not received a call nor email back. I will be filing a complaint with The State Bar of California. This is completely unacceptable.
I was in an accident in October 2012 and hired this law firm the same month. It became very clear after the first few weeks that I didn't make a good choice; It took me months to get a reply at times, and every time I wanted to drop them, I get a call or an email from attorney Mark Shayani assuring me that my communication will be returned within 24 hours and that he is actively working on my case.
While I made the mistake of believing him and remained with the firm, my communications continued to be ignored and I usually only get a reply when I express that I no longer want to stay with the firm.
I have never seen a copy of the complaint sent to the insurance and when I finally got a copy on 3/10/2012, the letter was incomplete and didn't reflect my case and my unique damages. It was no surprise that the insurance offer doesn't cover third of my losses. I advised in July 2013 that I will not be accepting the offer as it is not fair.
On December 3rd, 2013 I advised the attorney AGAIN that I wish to move forward with the lawsuit, to which he replied "I will file the lawsuit this week". I have never been advised by the attorney that there is a deadline to file a lawsuit.
I have been trying to get an update on the assumed filed lawsuit since January 2014. Only on March 9th, 2014 do I get a reply. I find out the next day only after picking up my file that it was never filed.
A year and a half went by on a case that has a 2 years limitation. When hiring this attorney, I needed help in a difficult time. What I got was someone careless about my best interest, and seems unethically trying to make me miss the deadline.
More importantly he deceived me one last time by flat out lying to me about filing the law suit, then claiming that he deceived me in my best interest.
