I love this place. Occasionally it can be hit or miss. For instance the last time I was there I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and it was all dark meat which i hate and my husbands chicken dish was all white meat. Needless to say I liked his better so next time I would specify whether I want white or dark meat. Also, they have brought out the wrong rice before. But all that aside I LOVE the orange peel beef and the rib appetizer. They have some tasty drinks too. They also have lunch bowls until 4pm that come with a bowl of soup and are way cheaper than a dinner entree. This place is made for sharing - in fact they give you each a plate and put all the meals in the center of the table, so it's great for a group outing, trying new stuff, or saving $ by ordering fewer meals than people! What I really love about this particular location is the service and the location. Perfect dining spot after nice shopping experience at the Beverly Center mall.

I enjoy their food here. I don't know if it's also the same chef cooking as the one in Top Chef this season, but at least I like the super fast way they get the food out to you, without feeling hurried. More accurately, I think I should say that the food comes out in successions, at the perfect timing.

I have been to other PF Changs before and i have to say, something is wrong with this one. The service was slow and inaccurate, the food just didnt have the taste i have so come to love and enjoy either.
I recommend driving the extra 20 miles or however far you have to go in order to make it to another PF Changs.

This place is great. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is fantastic and the waiter/waitress/hostess were all extremely deserving of a very generous tip. Great dining experience, great customer service. I'm coming back with a date. Best chinese food I've had in a very long time, bar none. And I've sampled all up and down the California coast.

P.F. Changs at the Beverly Center in Beverly Hills is always a good place to go when you're out at the mall or otherwise can't think of what you're in the mood for. Everything is a tad on the sweet side, which is probably why this place is always so popular. This particular location seems to be a bit on the romantic side somehow, even for being at the mall. I'd recommend a stop-in if you're nearby and looking for something reliable.

P = phake, F = Fake, Changs = chinese food. Not sure which China they're talking about but this isn't food from China (the country). It's the Chinese equivalent of The Olive Garden. Terrible. If this were the SAT it would look something like this:
Chinese food is to P.F. Changs as Italian Food is to:
a) Vito's on La Cienega
b) Frankie's on Melrose
c) The Olive Garden (any Olive Garden)
d) Carmine's on Santa Monica.
I'm like that kid from The Sixth Sense...when I go for Chinese food I wanna be able to say ""I see Chinese people"".

I was taken here on a date and found it very romantic (subdued color scheme and lighting). I didn't feel like I was in a cheesy chain restaurant. Our server was wonderful, attentive and funny! The Wild Alasken Sockeye Salmon Lemon Pepper was the best fish dish I've had in a long time. My date is allergic to gluten so we asked for their specialty menu and tried out the Flourless Chocolate Dome dessert - It was pure Heaven!

This restaurant is EXTREMELY overrated. Basically this restaurant is Panda Express with an ""Extreme Makeover"". Same food, same taste. It just has better locations, better decor and higher prices. P.F.'s Orange Chicken, among other dishes, taste exactly like the dish served at 'Panda'. What a rip off.

This place is great. Besides this website I have not heard any negative comments about this chain. I've visited by myself, with dates and friends and do believe this to be an ""adult"" restaurant. I can think of a lot of places that could be worse. They must be doing something right because they recently started taking reservations because of the long wait. Try their Ma Po Tofu or lettuce wraps. Yumm!

I can sort of understand how some chauncy guy would want to take his date to a place like this. If you aren't a foody and instead a bachelor who usually eats tv dinners or Mcdonalds, you see this place next to the mall and think 'This place looks like a good date spot'. Well, I'm a girl. It isn't that great. If you took me on a date here, I would not be impressed. Do some research on Citysearch and find some NON-CHAIN RESTAURANTS. Geez, this place is about as Chinese as the Grove is European.

This place is over-priced for their so-called Chinese food. Btw, never order WonTon soup... the soup was very salty and the tiny, tiny, tiny piece of I don't know what in the wrapping: I guess it must be their filling. I don't think you can find any wonton anywhere else that has smaller filling, bigger wrap then this place. Other dishes are very mediocre, meat is normally too dry. Nothing tastes quite like the way you would expect in any Chinese (or even american-chinese restaurant). I think Panda Express has better food than this. At least they did not forget to put filling in their fried Wonton.
The ambiance is not bad. I guess if you bring in a date you really like, you only need to stare at each other, share a drink, and forget about eating, that would be the perfect place. Otherwise, skip it, not worth it...

the mojitos are good, the chicken lettuce wraps, kung pao scallops and mongolian beef are excellent. i think this place is the same company as cheesecake factory. it's big, it's on the loud side, and the prices are great. good with a big group or with a date.

It's unfortunate that so many people consider P.F. Chang's ""chinese food."" If you want tasteless, boring food then go to a mall food court (for about 1/4 the price) instead of heading to P.F. Chang's. If you want real, authentic Chinese food, go to Chinatown.
