        Overall
        I have learnt over the last co...

        I have learnt over the last couple of years that the Doheny eye center is one of the best clinics for special eye related matters. Retinal problems, Cornea issues, Eye diseases, Macular Degeneration - there is a specialist here for each of these problems. For a simple eye exam, I don't recommend Doheny (I don't even know if they see you for a simple eye exam). This place has a huge facility and is part of the University of Southern California. They also have an extension office in Pasadena.



        Parking used to be free but it is $5 now but in a covered garage.



        Doctors are great. At least the one's I have encountered. So why the 4 stars? Well, to make an appointment here is difficult. You have to wait weeks sometimes. For those who are Kaiser insurance holders, this is not a new thing, but for those who are used to the PPO treatment and getting quick appointments, this can be cumbersome. Also, they are always running late. Everytime I have been there, it has taken me at least 2-3 hours. But they are very thorough in what they do. I really like that about them.
