        BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

        I called today 4-21-2010, this man who answer the phone was rude from the beginning. I asked if they can send a technician to my house, he said NO... then told me to call the company and HANG UP on me?

        Never even let this people work on your TV, if they are rude on a potential customer... what do you expect on the quality of their work? STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
