I have been using this company for many years, today my driver was so incredibly nice that I decided to finally leave some kind of nice internet comment for them. To my surprise there are some bad marks here. My company has been using them for many years even after the ownership changed hands to Steven Baird, and the service is even better now than it was before.
Sometimes people who have individual circumstances may not like a company for one reason or another, but myself and 15 of my business associates all use this service and we give it nothing less than 10 stars!
Thank you for a wonderful service as always!

Arrived over two (2) hour late
They did not attempt to call
When tried to be picked up from event later, it took over 1-1/2 hours for them to respond.
Their permit expired 5/30/2009 before our event, yet they said nothing.
Also trying to find legal address and business information to serve company with legal proeedings. Anyone know it?

I canceled my order but they refuse to refund anything. What is more frustrating is that they keep saying ""Call back when a manager is here"", "" a manager will call you"" or ""mangers do not speak to customers but you can email them."" However, no one calls back or replies to the emails. They keep you in a loop. Cheated me out of $600. Also, ""aramk007"" who left an excellent review on this website is ""Aram Karapetian"" a associate of the business.

We had a limo reservation for 10. They took the money from my account. At the time of service everyone was waiting. We called and they said they could not pick us up as the car had an accident 10 hours earlier.
There was no call to inform us.
There was no alternative offered.
We were left waiting with no limo and my money gone.
DO NOT USE if you want reliable service
Last weekend, I used this limo company. I was surprised that the customer service person spoke English clearly and was helpful. The prices were good, the limo was on time and clean, The bar had ice, drinks. We had a great time.
Also, my sister forgot her purse in the limo, so I called them the next day. and they sent a driver to deliver her purse.
I was very surprised and happy.
Overall, the service was very good and I would recommend this limo company to anyone.
I call this limo company last minute and they were able to help me, after the limo company that I had reservations with ditched us. I had a big group and they made it work for us.
They were on time. The chauffeur was very professional and we were able to communicate. He was very knowledgeable of the area.
Everything was good,. we would be using them from now on.

As a small business owner that was cheated by this guy, I would recommend that you reconsider using this company. Adam (owner) did business with my company and screwed us out of over $4000. Though we call to try to get the matter resolved, he chooses to ignore our calls. Not an ethical guy. Anyone who would do business this way should not be allowed to continue in business.

I have use Limos at your service for almost two years now. I have been very satisfied with their excellent service. Sometimes i have called them in a short notice and they are able to help me. What I like about this company is that they are very helpful, they are on-time, and very professional. I recommend this company at work too and my boss is very happy as well.

I booked a limo ride from LAX to Oxnard California and because of the fires in Ventura County canceled my car. They proceeded to charge me anyway. I understand mistakes are made but when I called I was told twice the manager was not there and the person on the phone had no idea when it came to transactions. So I called back to be told that the manager was busy and would call me back in 1/2 hour. One hour and 45 minutes later I called again and the manager told me that it hadn't been that long since my last call and that in fact they hadn't charged me th efull amount only ""captured"" a fee. This is incorrect as I explained that my card was in fact debited $180. Not only did they insinuate I was a liar but noone ever said ""sorry"". They then sent me a reverse of payment for $o.oo to be credited to my mastercard. I had to call back again to get another receipt that stated in fact I was due $180.01. Again not apologetic at all and could of cared less. DO NOT USE THEM!
