I am of the variety that REFUSES to join a gym - I hate working out inside. HOWEVER, Kinetic Cycling has officially WON OVER MY HEART. It is ONE of TWO exceptions I make to my rule - here is why Kinetic is outstanding:

1. BEST INSTRUCTORS: I highly HIGHLY recommend John S (owner) and SPASE (he dances, motivates, and will keep you coming back!)

2. AWESOME MUSIC...and...MUSIC VIDEOS. You will not get bored.

3. GREAT SCHEDULE: early morning through late morning, and evening classes too!

You can do anything for 45 minutes..give it a whirl! Read more about my 5-star like here:

This Place Rocks!

I'm not one for indoor cycling but this place is awesome! I used to goto the my local gym for cycling and found it to be not worth it. I could never find a good time to get a spinning class in or they where always full. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to trying to fit a class outside of the time I'm @ the gym so I looked for an alternative. Kinetic Cycling was the place. I took them up on there free class offer and I was hooked! They have 4 classes per day so I could always find a class and the instructors are really cool, super helpful and had alot of knowledge about indoor cycling. Whatever I needed help with they where there.

I highly recommend you check this place out. There's free parking and there's no gym wackos. You get in and get out and you pay for what you get. I took one class and I was hooked and you will be to! Thanks guys!

Keep away from Kinetic Cycling. Bad Experience

Keep away from this club. The owner threatened and harassed me when I objected to her playing Satanic music by Led Zeplin.

Please understand that I don't condemn anyone, for the Bible condemns all of us as sinners.

Led Zeppelin is Satanic to the core. In the song ""Houses of the Holy,"" Robert Plant (lead singer) speaks of Satan's daughter and making her garden grow (a sexual reference). The album cover displays naked women crawling towards the top of the temple. It's sickening in the name of decency. Anyone who denies the occult inspiration of Led Zeppelin's music is woefully deceived.

Led Zeppelin also introduced personal occult symbols on one of their albums. Guitarist Jimmy Page of Zeppelin is a devout follower of Satanist, Aleister Crowley, who proclaimed himself as ""The Beast 666."" Aleister Crowley was also a 33rd and 97th Degree Freemason and is recognized as the master Satanist of the 20th century. In 1971, guitarist Jimmy Page bought Crowley?s Boleskine House on the shore of Loch Ness where Crowley practiced his Hellish, Satanic sex-magick rituals, including human sacrifices. Guitarist Jimmy Page actually performed Crowley magical rituals during their concerts. Their song ""Stairway to Heaven"" carries the reference ""May Queen,"" which is purported to be the name of a hideous poem by Crowley. In fact, Zed Zeppelin's songs are saturated with Aleister Crowley's Satanic doctrines...
