After numerous calls to McAfee's designated third party Tech Support people, I am convinced that McAfee is bent on destroying good customer relations, losing repeat business, and plain alienating loyal users who simply sought to have their purchased software installed. I strongly recommend you avoid Internet Security products who use Indian techs as they are totally useless, though courteous in their inability to address your specific issues. These Indian techs, I.e. Iyogi will waste over an hour of your telephone time just to inform you that tou must clean up your computer using their products and services, of course, at considerable cost, before they can possibly install your purchased software. Well avoid McAfee. Avoid Vipre as well. They both use these Indian Tech companies who drag you through long tedious sessions resulting only in their conclusion that you must buy their extra PC fix up services before they can address your original problem, namely getting your McAfee or Vipre software installed. Thumbs down to the lot of them.
